    1L water, 1 cup of cooked or aged kimchi paper cup size, 300g of meat, half hair of tofu
    1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, half tablespoon tuna liquid
    Put the meat in the water and boil it over medium heat for 20 minutes.
    If you boil it over medium heat for a long time, the fat melts and the taste of the soup improves and the meat becomes soft.
    Don't scoop the foam. This foam makes kimchi more delicious.
