No hate, but the reason why you killed Mundo so easily with Garen, was because Garen had an anti heal item in that fight.
I mean, its a Mundo with spirit visage; if theres any reason to get anti heal its this

@@marcpeter6155 its only 10 pen difference at max between shadowflame and morello also + they have gp orange, mundo, samira and even maokai. morello is 100% the call there, especially since nasus just applies it to the whole team easily too.

I think it's worth mentioning the armor shred on Nasus' E when it comes to tanky teams too. You may be building full AP but max rank E is like a free last whisper for your whole team. The damage falls off a little later but it's still decent and it provides a lot of utility.
Hey zwag the reason you do more then 240 damage a second for nasus ultimate is because the burn damage from is liandrys and demonic counts as item damage it’s technically not the ult but it gets procced for every ult tick… nasus burn build is really fun. I have a good one for you zwag.. ap nasus with riftmaker+lich bane +conqueror/lethal/fleet footwork. And go cooldown boots you will be doing true damage in the thousands for the riftmaker. Oh and try to stack as much as possible try to use the early E with Doran’s to get gold safely until boots + sheen then q stack your way to the rest of the build.

please play speedy cassiopeia, the shield fiz build, max haste nocturne, or the max haste swain build with a redemption and a Liandry's where you try to stop the opponent from basing as with you cooldown reduction and the Liandry's burn your w comes back up before they can base!

I went from iron to master in 1 week as AP Nasus in wild rift haha. Nobody expects it and the matches are so short. You get deathcap 2nd item and just melt face

Try ap malphite, the one shot capabilities is worth being bullied early game. And the best part is ADC still can't play
ok but morello's has flat magic pen now so you could've easily switched it up with shadowflame

My recommended alteration for this build: take first strike (you're melee so you get 100% of its value, and your E is a massive ranged instant cast aoe, great gold value in teamfights)
Also take Future's Market and start mana crystal, you can first back at 4 mins to get Lost Chapter, then have liandry's by 7:30 if you're really quick.
Have 3 levels in E and at least 35ap andthe damage is perfect to kill caster minions with 1 E.
Also after Liandry's get a sheen so when you poke them out of lane you can easily take turret plates for extra gold and farm Q more easily since you're stacking less.

I recommend WW support. Rush mobile boots and blade. If you get ghost and ignite you can rush just about anyone down.

I tried this in wild rift and it’s super fun, I went tear>liandrys>rylias>winter approach. You get good damage, burn, slow, and a shield from W or E !
AP/tank hybrid Nasus likes Rylai's Crystal Scepter - it's VERY good on him.
You start with Liandry's Torment + Ionian Boots, maxing E of course. But you go for ranks in Q second so that its cooldown is short enough to stack reasonably well (so that you fall off less in late game), since you won't need W as much to slow targets. You buy Rylai's in preparation for mid-game team fights, then Void Staff and Gargoyle's Stoneplate to make use of your bonus health from Rylai's (and your ultimate). Your last item will usually be Demonic Embrace to increase your burn and tanking power, but if you've stacked well you can go for Cosmic Drive to spam the bonks. The mistake is chasing numbers (raw AP and/or raw damage) over utility (Rylai's can slow the whole enemy team) and/or durability (as Nasus's E alone can't be 90% of his all-in damage; that's why AP Nasus starts falling off after level 9... you must get in there with Q and tank for the team).
It's OK to go Sorcerer's Shoes or defensive boots. But a big part of AP Nasus's late game will revolve around what abilities are up, and you don't have time to wait for them in the midst of a big team fight. Getting a second W or E, a 3rd/4th bonk with Q, or getting your ultimate back in time are all major fight outcome changers. (It's also good to get your spells back faster.) You just cannot beat Ionian Boots early either, since they are the only boots that help Nasus stack and will help him get tower plating more easily.

I've also played a ton of Nasus, Renekton, Yorick, Sion, Shen, Vi, Mordekaiser, Tristana, Kog'Maw, Vayne, Ashe, Akshan, Twitch, Varus, Nidalee, Bard, Soraka, Senna, Neeko, Lulu, the devil himself (Teemo), Rell, Blitzcrank, Pyke, Nautilus, Maokai, Leona, Fiddlesticks, and Soraka. I have played every champion in the game, and I have a positive winrate on every champion except Gankplank. You know why I play AD Yuumi? It's because she's fun to play and I have a nearly flawless win-rate on her. Versus diamond+ caliber opposition, mind you... not low ELO, been able to reach Masters at will since Season 6.

have you tried Comet runes, NIghtharvest, Demonic, Shadowflame, Deathcap, Abyssal Mask and Sorcs Boots?
basically even your W will proc 125 + burn damage, and using your bit of tank-y-ness, bonk 'em pretty hard with E and Q since Mask and Shadowflame would lower their resist
tried it in URF, it went well till the Sion start ulting from mid to our base everytime he spawns
Even as normal build nasus alot of people take in the first 5 lvls 3 times into E since it makes the early game easier and you can still stack q

I think going divine sunderer as mythic item and then going passiv ap would worked better, then ontop of that going conqourer for that teamfighting capability.

29:34 - 30:10...... I've never commented on a League video before in my life, but look at the Garen and Warwick's positions this entire fight. This is why I don't play League anymore. Warwick is more focused on chickens, and Garen is focused on not getting hit by the GP ult as a tank. I can't....
He needed healing reduction on one person had it in garen haha

q only scales with stacks, the manamune will only add damage to his autos
