Here is my complete overhaul of Skyrim AE, I aim to keep this load order for a long time now and build upon it instead of doing a fresh load order monthly.

I just got a series s coming from the xbox one x, i’m blown away by its performance. I couldn’t agree more with the comments, a female LO would be nice. Cbbe please 😁

I'm using this as a decent guide and tweaking from there, thanks! Getting back into Skyrim because of this.
But if you wanted to continue in the medievalish direction I recommend switching out the imperial armor mods and the divergence mod (I just personally hate that Mod lol) for "Simply Realistic Armor" (my favorite armor mod by miles) and "Believable Weapons (sheathed greatswords)"
I also prefer Obsidian Weathers this one if you haven't tried it.
I used a single simpler character model mod. Cause I like bundles and things that change all to be consistent with my character lol
Also C.O.I.N. is crazy cool and niche but helps with world building... but 100mb.
Finally I always do "Diverse Dragons", "Distinct Uniques - Artefakes", Leaf Rest, And the Apocalypse Ordinator combo.

Great load order, I think this is the first load order I have seen without ussep
Ussep is not necessary, I use a load order with 122 mods without ussep and it looks really much better :3

Hey there, decided I’d use this load order as a framework for my own. I was doing some testing and I noticed two banners north of Rorikstead missing their textures. If you arrive at the town coming from Whiterun and continue north, you’ll come across an archway where you can be ambushed by bandits, hanging from which are two pink banners without textures. Fairly certain it comes from the road mod used here
Nice load out - I would add the sky land colour for realistic water 2 if you can. Also check out sky kings aonghus house for river wood for almost no cost and granite hill town that he did. Trying to guess where your accent is from in the north east 🤔
I've beat the game twice and everything is so smooth .. its crazy to think this game is 13years old 😮
hey maybe an idea for a load order could be trying to stuff as much of Legacy of the dragonborn in as possible, so many lists out there but only including the basic LOTD stuff a good expansion type dealio would be awesome

Same thing happened to me with royal armory reforged (swf) and royal armory-get the weapons..
Once "get the weapons" was downloaded, royal armory disappeared from my LO. Both mods are still working as expected.
When I disabled and deleted "get the weapons" royal armory did not reappear and all my weapons were lost.
- it's my understanding that I should be able to download "get the weapons" and collect the weapons from the designated area, Then uninstall the mod and still retain the weapons because the mod only gathered the items in 1 spot to be easily aquired

Unless I see the USSEP I don't care for the LO. It's gotta have that first and foremost.
I agree that if you care at all about doing any of the major quest lines and especially the main quest then yeah you should definitely have it. I personally use it all the time and have never had any issues with it. If you see a load order you like thoufh that doesn’t use it you could always add it in and just do some minor adjusting if necessary
I agree. I never understood the USSEP hate. I understand the mod author is toxic but that doesn’t change how great the mod is

Ussep fixes stuff yes, but i play with out it cause it ruined skyrim for me, all the exploits get fixed, thr funny bugs get removed. If you have ussep in your lo then your either a degenerate fan of skyrim, or you have not been playing it when it came out, i stopped using ussep, the worst bug i encountered since was the mammoth flying, thats how i know ussep is a piece of shit, it removes all fun and makes skyrim a husk of what it once was.
Alternate start is still available. The mod author had 2 alternate start mods up and they both did the same thing so I guess he took one down. Just search alternate start and you'll find it. Sometimes when you download a patch for a mod the mod and the patch will combine together so you will only see one of them.

lol that’s all we ever get. it’s actual nice to see we can play as guys. No one ever does male load orders. I would like to see an ultimate female load order based on a strong woman leader type and not a load order that involves a cringe fest of perking and stalking - like every load order we usually see.

Does the sons of skyrim not work on xbox anymore? I have ae edition and have downloaded all cc creations and its saying it depends on files that arent present
Works for mine, I’m on SE tho so not sure if that would make a huge difference. There’s two versions of the mod on Xbox but one of them only replaces the gauntlets, helmets and boots, the cuirasses remain vanilla for some reason

That's what was pissing me off after the creation update. I would have a mod and then a patch for that mod then I would delete the mod, but the patch would either disappear or I could not delete it. I got so frustrated that I just uninstalled the whole game..
You are having a different problem actually, very easy to fix and avoid. If you delete a mod and its patches vanish just download the mod and the patches will reappear, then delete the patches followed by the mod itself. Always delete patches first then the mod. This should prevent the problem happening for you. Hope this helps.

Hello I re installed Skyrim again because the last load order wouldn't run well on my series S for some reason this one by far is the best since I have space available from adding all the mods you showed I just turned off the Xbox then put it back on now I guess it's time to play but quick question do I HAVE to "update" this exact mod list the next time you upload it with new mods fitted in?
Lil update I just started a new game holy I can already tell the difference with all these mods I started out in raven rock omg everything seems so perfect n nice looking I don't want to ruin this LO I know I just started but it already looks fantastic on series S
You don't have to update the mod list if you don't want to, it is your choice. Some times changes require a new game so if you like the load order as is stick with it.

I have Skyrim AE but I can't add "Just Shield (On Back) - AE Version" because it tells me "Simple Workaround" is missing despite it was already installed like you did 😅
Hi, i had the same issue, you need to download the simple workaround mod first, get back to the game main menu then go back to mods and now you should be able to download and activate the just shield mod with any issue

Few Q’s and thoughts.
so I’ve finally found where Jayserpa’s mod goes, I’m usually scared to download the bundles cos mods are always effected by other mods.
I also noticed that the unofficial patch is missing. Does that mean the game will have a lot of fixes unfixed? And does it mean that some mods we have to miss out on as they’re rely on that mod ?
On combat I’ve not found one but I normally have that 360 movement mod can’t remember the name I always find that improves the combat but not the ai. To do that you have to find a scripted mod.
I always go for the archery mods cos at least they change combat from a long range point of view This is a good load order as it’s shown me some new things Like the banners mods and alternate perspective

Final Q are there any other plants mods that change the size of the flowers? I find Catherdrals mod makes them too big and cartoony and not realisti.

Glad you like the load order, So for the ussep patch I decided to just try not using for once as I always get people saying it causes stutters for their games, (Haven't noticed a difference tbh) I do plan to keep playing with this load order for while to test more to see if I come across any bugs and if I do I will revert back to using the patch.
For combat I do like the 360 movement, I just want a mod that makes the combat feel a bit more polished as Skyrim's combat is very dated now and really needs an update.
For flowers there is a few different options but most of them tend to be on the fantasy side of things being big and cartoony as you said, there was one I used a couple years back but right now cannot remember the name. (Ill reply if I remember it).

Definitely should just might be running slower. Could try downloading “fps” eternal for extra fps speed that’s what I did when I used Xbox 1

Did you hard reset? did you start a new game its required, did you add other mods, did you copy the list exactly.
Only install the dungeon and east empire mod...
