This just shows you how strong an airplane really is. Everyone inside will die from injuries before the plane falls apart in turbulence. Hopefully everyone recovered. Still scary.
All of these people are scared of flying when the real danger is driving with drunk and inexperienced drivers on the road. Every pilot is a professional and make far fewer mistakes than drivers.
That's why you should keep your seatbelt secured during the flight from start to finish, only unlatching it to use the restroom (because it's difficult to use the restroom while latched to your seat).
"The company is holding all of the passengers and crew in their thoughts." Translation: "We know who you are. Any of you squeal and you're a dead motherf***er."
I’m probably the only one who listens when the pilot says “I’ve turned off the seat belt sign and your free to move around the cabin, but for safety keep it on. I keep it on
People underestimate the importance of wearing seatbelts when in flight. Seatbelts do a great job of keeping people in their seats versus smashed up against the ceiling during negative g forces. Maybe next time the captain turns on the seatbelt sign more people will take it seriously.
Even at 37K feet in the air as you pass from over ocean to over land can create atypical severe wind sheer. Pilots rely on other pilots to learn about trouble spots. Speed is most likely not a factor.
Turbulence is now Boeing’s fault? Seriously. Keep your seatbelt on no matter what type of aircraft you are on!

Yep, on Boeing airplane, you're allowed to bring your own tool kit with you too

That’s what I do. It’s like riding in a car. I don’t take off my seatbelt in my car to listen to music or lean my seat back 😬. Poor guy.
Or just keep a bottle to relief yourself from call of nature.
Difficult but not impossible!😉

Who would undo their seat belt in a car once it was underway?
I didn't know Gilbert Gotrltfried was an airline reporter.
And an undead one too! From comedian to zombie reporter. Life is crazy
If it’s made by Boeing it’s gonna go Boing!

Oh no.
The turbulence wasn’t DEADLY
Lack of seatbelt was deadly
Boeing
Seatbelts
Boeing has nothing to do with majority of incidents and accidents. It’s airline maintenance, airline training and pilot error
NEVER fly or drive a car without pulling your seatbelt TIGHT. Stupid people don't buckle-up.

Boeing kinda sucks
The plane was a 777-300ER
Been flying all around the world since
2005. 19y. ZERO crashes
Aaaand how was it Boeings fault that turbulence was there?
Caused by global warming
Let's talk about this... A lot of pilots have been flying faster. not sure why... could this be a result of that?
It’s a result of Mother Nature.

@@PInk77W1 That's ok, I will continue to stand by what I said and will avoid any flight with a Boeing airplane.

Boeing is an airline now? Are they cheaper than flying Airbus?
Boeing 777-300ER is one of the safest planes ever
More diversity hiring
So, you’re theorizing that Singapore Airlines was required to hire white pilots?
This airline had on the best safety records in the industry.
No seatbelt like lady Di
