This is the whole information about the 23 flea market. The 23 flea market is 5 minutes away from the 28 flea market, you have to pay 5 USD if you choose a taxi. This market is for locals, so the price is very low, you don't need to bid or you can pay down. 10% or 20% and if it's less than half they won't sell. Coconut market 28 sells for 5 USD, the 23 market only has 1.5 USD. You don't need to worry about transportation because there are taxis around, especially the price of taking a taxi at market 23 is cheaper than when you are at market 28.
