Judge got me this same exact way. He threw an unplanned curve ball at me. My dumb ass said id be clean, knowing damn well i was coked out of my mind. Had a sweetheart plea deal thrown out. Hsd to do 17 weeks in county, then mandated to 6 months of inpatient rehab. Looking back, thank GOD it all happened how it did. Cause i would had been dead years ago. Now im sober from cocaine snd heroin for several years! Judge was Gerald Council in Mercer County NJ court in Trenton, New Jersey.
After immediately saying “I’ve been doing really good” she then test positive for cocaine. I’d hate to see her doing really bad 🥴
Do be fair, she said "I've been doing pretty good." which indicates the occasional failure lol. 🤣
Was just about to write that. Lol. The old I switched from heroine to coke so I've been good trick. Doesn't play very well.
“Then throw me in jail.” She has multiple cases and multiple FTAs. She just needs to go to jail.
Tell me you know that the US has more people in jail per capita than any other country? Tell me you have some idea how much it costs to incarcerate people?
You heard the lady. 🤷♀️
@@tommackay7433
Yes and? it’s called having a judicial system.
"i've been clean for 5 years" .....
yeah, the positive drug test begs to differ....
When a defendant challenges any court, they should be taken up on it. “Throw me in jail”? Bond should have been revoked right there.
People always forget about that amendment that says “We the people shall not piss in a cup to test if we smoked a bowl”
I missed that amendment 😂 what number was it again? Wait, never mind, can’t count just now😂😂😂
lmFao 🤣🤣
Well, that's good, because if they knew about it every drunk driver would be quoting the other half at the cops: "Neither shall we blow in a tube to test our sobriety." 😕
Right ????
you talkin' about amendment 420 ?
Why keep giving her bond? And why should taxpayers keep paying for legal council for her if she just disregards and ignores the attorneys?
Because it’s a right plain and simple
@@Petersnothere99😂😂😂😂😂
If she's found guilty, she'll pay fines to pay for her defense.
So right. It is ridiculous to keep funding these repeat druggies.

How can she guarantee that she "won't fail the drug test next time" if she swears she's clean this time?
I just commented the same thing!!! ❤
She "swore" to NOT use drugs when she signed the bond. 😮
They say that Time is the Ultimate Healer 😊
She needs to be more stern. Should just give her 90 days to think about it, In jail 😂
She issued a bench warrant you utter clown!
They never are when it comes to girls and women. 99.9% of the time they will show at least a hint of bias towards women. It doesn't matter if it's a man, woman, young, old, black, white, gay, straight, liberal, or conservative judge. They will give females more leeway every time ESPECIALLY when it comes to contempt.
Judge Bryant would have and the one from GA.
Excuses, lies, excuses, blame everyone else, more excuses, rinse and repeat. She just has no sense at all of taking personal responsibility for her actions.
Well to be fair, with the amount of drugs she seems to be doing, its a wonder she can remember her own name.
If you keep getting off with those lies and excuses, why not rinse, repeat and do more drugs?
How do you not go to court for 5 years? That's crazy....
i guess ya roll the dice until ya come into contact with LEO...i couldnt live like that personally...too much uncertainty!
@@OSGCourtWatch Exactly. 5 years of constantly looking over your shoulder is no way to live. It's like escaping jail or prison. You would be so paranoid about getting caught that there is no way you could live anything close to a normal live.
I've been out of court far longer than that. Not that hard, really ( ^.- )

I was on the run for 7. Trust me it’s possible.
Too easy on the criminals. It will continue to repeat again and again.Judges need to step it up.

How do you get to walk out of court after avoiding it for five years? You should be held in jail until your hearing unless your excuse is that you were in a coma or prison somewhere else for those five years.
Amazing how people who lie cannot remember anything.
Former D&A nurse here, cocaine is the only drug that doesn't have a false positive. In other words, you cannot test positive for cocaine and it actually is something prescribed or over the counter. Just food for thought. She was lying.

@@karenneill9109 How do YOU know?

Yep. It used to be ketamine here in Oz, because it's easy to get from large animal vets. They put a little on cruddy batches of pot. Lol I had the two confused at first myself thinking it was the same woman.
Absolutely ridiculous! First defendant refuses drug screen, tells judge to throw her in jail, and judge backs down. SMH! Crazy. No wonder there’s so many nut jobs running around out there!
The Constitution says Citizens do not have to incriminate themselves, and they can't be forced to do so... That fact may very well be why the judge backed down.. the judge didn't want it to become common knowledge that forcing anyone to ever do a drug test is in fact illegal..
@@lfaf9509 I mean she doesn't care. She'll just set the bond high, and put a condition for testing. That way the defendant has to agree to testing, or she can sit in jail until her court date. Also you can be forced to test with a warrant. She couldn't get one in this case, but it happens with DUI e'er day.
@@craftywafl1689
Of course she will do that, it doesn't make it legal honestly. The Constitution says you can't be forced to incriminate yourself, so all the many ways the courts try to force you to, is illegal. I learned when I was a kid, never, ever, ever take a deal. Never accept probation, never accept anything other than freedom period. From what I saw in this video, that court could not prove someone's guilt without breaking the law, so of course they would do the least legal, least moral thing. ... Sorry, I lost all respect for those people a very long time ago, and they have never earned it back..
@@lfaf9509 So I can refuse to submit to a field sobriety and PBT and just walk away from an officer? No. They will charge me with OVI. Plus, she already admitted to smoking weed. Probable cause. Where is the judge’s authority here? At very least, contempt.
@@lfaf9509 So you're not a lawyer.
A random person cannot be forced to randomly take a drug test. If you agree to be tested as part of your bond conditions, you may be legally tested. Or sit in jail.
Even the best of these judges are soft as my grandmother. Bunch of pushovers. Anytime someone sees jail it’s because it’s their 20th felony.
The Judge should have violated her and put her in jail when she was first in court!
This lawyer and his client act similar, both interrupting and talking too much. She should have been in jail the time before.
Amazing how the courts will listen to the claims of these individuals but won’t listen when they say, “So, throw me in jail!” Judge D should have said, “Very well. Bond revoked.”

She gave her a bond with a condition that she has to be tested. If she's on probation and she's dirty, they can revoke her probation, if she doesn't take the test they can revoke the bond and the probation officer will want a test anyway and she'll violate her probation. Either way, she's screwed. But everybody knows the courts are for profit, those 10% bonds go to the bond agent, the bond agent pays taxes....🤑🤑🤑🤑
😅
The truth is getting out; They don't want them in jail; They just want the $$$...All the testing, classes, the tether, probation, and the bonds...They just want the $$$!!! I know, because my ex best friend was a heroin addict. Omce his mothers house was mortgaged to the max (and, he couldn't get another $ anywhere, they would keep him a few weeks, then let him out again...Then, pick him up again, and repeat the process; Once they figured out he wasn't paying for anything anymore...

That defendant was given a bond total of 12,500 dollars of which 10% must be paid in advance and if she fails to appear, will result in the rest having to be paid. Edit: As part of the bond deal she will be subjected to random drug testing amongst other things e.g. tether.
She actually has a 5th ammendment right not to offer evidence against herself. She doesn't have to test. Thats why the judge made it a condition of bond. She either agrees to testing, or she'll sit in jail.

Jail is the best wake up call for most people!! It’s almost as if the courts want these people out and doing drugs!
As an fyi, drugs are oftentimes also available in jail.
jail house coke? well I guess thats a wake up call - but not what she needs
Liberal cities don't care, they tie the courts hands at times but when is enough enough?
The system is designed for addicts to fail. That way they can get probation fees and fine money out of them, especially if they are not guilty of manufacturing charges. Offenders arrested for small amounts of drugs would fill up jail cells and bunks VERY quickly, and non-violent offenders occupy head space intended for violent offenders.
@arhafrench5319 That's why it's a good investment in companies like CXW, which are the largest operator of privatized jails in the country. Dopers in court are like DUI subjects at a traffic stop. They just can't seem to tell the truth or realize the consequences of their own acts.
well maybe they feel usage of drugs isnt the business of the government. Its government overreach.
I agree. They lie so much, can’t believe shit they say. They lie to the dope man too.
@@mindfuqq Having dealt with someone addicted to legally prescribed drugs, I can tell it's not anything so rational. Addiction makes people lie to themselves and everyone else. It replaces your goals. It replaces your loyalties. It replaces your morals. Addiction undermines your whole psyche. That's what I see here. This is no reasoning libertarian.
@@mindfuqqmaybe it is, but the law is the law. If you're out on bond with conditions, failing to meet those conditions means the revocation of bond.
@@mindfuqq -Drugs, like alcohol, make people do stupid things that they normally wouldn't do sober. The public wants laws curbing use of drugs. If they didn't, there wouldn't be laws against it. Even in states that have made it illegal to use weed, it's still illegal to use pot while you are driving because it can affect some folks like alcohol affects them. People on drugs lose control of their car, they fall asleep at the wheel, they weave all over the road endangering pedestrians walking alongside those roads and those in other automobiles. Some people on dope gain the courage to rob or harm others - something they might not ever consider doing had they been sober. The public expresses a concern to legislators and legislators react by passing laws. When enough persons have expressed concerns to legislators demanding that drug laws be removed, they will be removed. That's pretty much the gist of it. Once a law is passed, we all have a duty to obey the law. We don't have to like the law - and some laws are as dumb as a screen door on a submarine - but we have to obey it until it is changed or suffer the consequences. Every law spells out the elements of the offense and police are taught to recognize that and take action. Judges have to listen to arguments about who is right and who is wrong from attorneys, and they are allowed to set the rules which a subject must obey while on bond, or as a condition of their sentence. Anyone who doesn't stay within those lines or messes with a judge deserves what they get - it isn't government overreach. If you truly feel it's government overreach, you should be writing/calling your legislators and gathering like-minded individuals to do the same in order to get the laws overturned. That's what was done in my state (WA) to change laws pertaining to weed and is now being done to change the laws pertaining to psychedelics. Disobeying the law just because you don't agree with it is not an option for a civilized society. Yeah, laws are broken all the time that people disagree with, but that doesn't mean breaking the law is right. This women is playing f*** around and find out. Sooner or later she's going to find herself bereft of her kids and she'll be sitting behind bars thinking, "Oh, poor me," when all she had to do was obey the law instead of screwing around and flouting it.
Freud reflected that treating morphine addiction with cocaine was “like trying to cast out the Devil with Beelzebub.”
Do people want to be helped or not? I am really starting to wonder if we should just let them do allllllllllllllllll the drugs they want.

Is anyone shocked that she didn’t show up for court? She continues to follow her own pattern.
'You're going to get drug tested now'
'I refuse, you can throw me in jail'
'OK, you're free to go'
The trouble with addiction whether drugs or alcohol is that the denial of the problem turns everyone into liars. They lie to their family, their work and even themselves. It becomes part of their nature. So you simply cannot believe anything they say whether it is denying their drug taking by or making assurances for the future.
Thanks Squishy. You're the best.

There were 3 different cases/defendants. People in the comments refer to ‘she’ as if there was only one case! In the video, 2 defendants actually appeared. A bench warrant was given for the defendant that failed to appear. Judge DiSanto, in SOME cases, gives defendants enough string to hang themselves. I’ve seen many cases where Judge DiSanto has been the judge, she is actually a ‘wise old owl’, as any defendant that defies her will learn.
People can be forgiven for awful mistakes when they’re honest and take accountability. But lies and excuses deserve no leeway.

Many judges are very lenient these days and criminals know this which emboldens them to lie even more. This woman, and so many other just like her, should be given 6 months to a year in jail with mandatory classes on work ethics and civility.
if a man refused to take a drug test, & didnt appear for 5yrs & got arrested with coke in his system, he would go to jail on the charges he was running from & whatever new charges he got. but if its a woman who is the defendant, its no big deal. unintelligibly mumble about constitutional rights, in a toothless rant & the judge says $250 bond. There are a handful of courts in Michigan where you get into major problems when you lie to the judge; Judge DiSanto might be in the top three, right up there with Judge Simpson and Judge King in Detroit. Because if you lie to one of those three judges, you're pretty much done.
judge gauthier belongs way up on that list too…
What? This judge is a total lightweight. She might raise her voice occasionally, but then she folds like a paper airplane.
And this is why she is going to be in and out of jail her whole life.
The judge sits there behind stacks of paper, stamping pages, shuffling them, moving folders. The rest of the time she is making clerk like reservations for court rooms and determining bail details. A clerk could do all of this. So what is the actual role of a judge? Looks like a giant waste of time and money. Miss a date, go to jail. Fail to adhere to all court imposed actions: go to jail. Only three appearances in court allowed per infraction. At the third one either innocent or guilty. 15 days overall for all judicial proceedings without extraordinary conditions. If you need more space, bring in portables and temporary judges until any backlog is erased, never to be allowed again.
Who is paying for that?
I got a false positive for cocaine in court Jan 2020. The judge sent me to jail immediately and I was stuck there for 43 days before they finally got the lab results that proved my innocence. These cup tests and test strips are NOT always reliable. It makes me sick thinking about that day. I never even got an apology.
I am a chemist. Those tests are unreliable, and many things can trigger false positives. We refuse to use that type of testing in our lab, even for quick tests.
Maybe you shouldn't have used?
What a nightmare!
There will never be an apology, that would be admitting they did something wrong.
@WilliamTaylorIII he very likely did not. A staff member of mine tested positive on one of those shit indicator tests. I told him to go to the hospital and get a blood draw & test. Came up clean. Strip said heroin.
Do a blood draw which is a lot more accurate than a urine sample.
Blood only shows if you’re high that moment or were high within the past few hours .
Haha what?
I love judge DiSanto. She's always hyper effective, multi-tasker, yet focused at the matter at hand. She can grind the felons with her highly effective questioning skills yet she can still deliver reasonable and appropriate sentencing. If nothing, she is always more of a lenient judge rather than a sociopathic punisher. And I love how she often briskly moves her head while multitasking or when reading different files while listening and questioning the defendants, moving it diagonally from side to side like a little bird or like an upside-down pendulum. This is clearly a talented, naturally gifted person and the US court system is lucky to employ her. I hope she will be adequately reworded for her outstanding service.
I hope this comment of mine would reach whom should be concerned. Judge DiSanto, ❤ From Italy.
Here we go again. My dog has fleas, my pot plants are wilting the cat has fur balls.
Soft judges make us understand why criminals continue to reoffend, time after time, after time😏
The courts are absolutely at fault for all these defendants skipping court appearances. The JUNKIE defendants should NEVER HAVE BEEN GIVEN BAIL the first time.
Not so sure it's the courts fault. It's the state legislature that often tells the court how they deal with bail and prisoners. I bet there are a lot of judges who would refuse bail, but the law tells them that most people must be able to bail out.
Not entirely true, I live in a state that sadly for the longest time mimic'd the legislature of the garbage state to the west of us; for years our Judges would let junkies out onto the streets and many of them would never show up for court dates. That changed after our new Governor came into office (a former sheriff) and many of our legislatures were replaced by ones who do not follow in lockstep with the idiot state to the west and have been pushing forth changes.
While it'll still be a couple years before a lot of those changes go into full effect (due to resistance from other legislatures who want to keep the failed policies in place) hopefully in a few years our Judges will finally have the power to keep these criminals behind bars and off the streets.
Sadly though we still haven't addressed one of our biggest issues (IE: we are a sanctuary state, which has resulted in a big increase in crime)
They should give the judge some cymbals to make more noise while she works.
😆😆😆😆
🙄blah blah blah, that’s what these defendants sound like. Poor Judge 😂
This judge covers two very small cities, Wyandotte and Riverview. I love how she is fair until you refuse to follow probation or bond conditions.
This judge is becoming way too soft.
Ty for these updates I got kicked off live today and couldn't rewind tobwatch i was so upset i wanted to see the end so bad so ty for having it uploaded so fast!
Thank you for your videos. I’ve Gone back looking at your old videos. There great.😊
Nothing happened to another MUTT. Rotating justice.
👋
She claims to not be on any drugs other than what’s prescribed yet she refuses to drug test as it’s a violation of her constitutional rights. We would see everyone claiming this if it was the case. She made it clear she was lying by not answering the question at first as to what drugs has she taken.
Attorney arguing about the reliability of the test , studiously ignoring the patent unreliability of any words out of his clients mouth.
I absolutely love this Judge, not only she's very attractive but fair, compassionate, and most of all firm on those who think they could just come in and lie, disrespectful to courts.
Judge DiSanto is one of my favorites!
This defendant would be able to remember things if she stopped breaking the law - less to keep track of.
Im getting tired of this judge that cannot control her court. Lets so many degendents tell her what they want as a bond or sentence. Also WTF qith all the playing with paper...stapling ...putting in binders ... Ink stamping... Its distracting to her hearing them or actually listening.
yeah…it’s a sound crapshoot…they need a better microphone with a wider pick up range on the podium too!
