so many downsides as per my opinion :
1. Washroom is too small and very close to the room as being a common washroom. It disturbs the privacy.
4.Handwash area is just too small and not looking like very elegent and in appripriat location.
2. the garden space could have been utilized for some better things.
3. The Tv placement unit is not according to the long sofa as the persons have to tilt their heads to the right to watch the Tv which is not practical.
