- Today we dive into the weekend nightlife of one of the popular areas of Seoul: Hongdae's main street. There are tons to do here, especially if you're into eating, shopping, desserting, drinking and partying. If you're on a tight budget, no worries. Relax by watching street performers, many of whom are those in their 20s and brushing up on their musical talents. You bet there's street food, along with the trendiest eats. In this travel vlog, we try Bungeoppang Ice Cream (aka: Tayaki Ice Cream). These are fish-shaped breads stuffed with frosty fillings. because in Korea ( all asian country) people know if you're a foreigner directly when they see your face ( not having an asian face) and also in Korea there are ,sadly , many ''racist'' people.

Hi Mina! How long does it take for you to walk around hongdae? I don't want to miss anything out while exploring the streets😬 I'm coming to Korea next week (so excited!!) and I really want to explore a lot when I'm there.
Roshahida Said From my experience if you want to go around hongdae (I still haven't explored all of it) and really take your time and explore you should stay there for a whole day and explore many small streets getting lost is the best way to explore a city ^^ but if you want to do it quickly maybe 3/4 hours of walking around like Professor Oh did (be careful not to get distracted xD). sinchon (where Sogang) and Idea area (next to hongdae both) are also great places to explore ^^

Roshahida Said Hongdae is absolutely amazing, but I'd reaaaaally recommend to also check it out during the evening/at night: that's when the buskers are performing ^^
