👉 A simple song, but Diana's voice, as always, makes it special. The song and the pictures say so much. In every note you can feel the sadness but also the determination to escape this toxic relationship. A small glimmer of hope and joy for new happiness can be heard in the last lines. I'm always amazed at how expressive not only Diana's voice is, but also her facial expressions. She didn't need words. I have to watch this again and again.

I think the songs Brandon Stone has written for her are superb, but otherwise I agree.
The songs Diana herself has written are excellent. My understanding is that she has many more in the pipeline that she is currently working on.

In a recent interview Diana alluded to the fact that she's been experimenting with different music and that she is gonna gear her music towards a younger audience now that she is graduating soon. She said to expect something new... I think her career is about to really rev up this year.

Only one addition - the symbolism of flowers (specifically roses), which runs like a red thread through the plot of the video, is missing: a red rose is a symbol of past love (completely burnt out), and a white rose is a symbol of new hope (love).
