Hello....ideally there should not be any fixation losses....so its very important to repeatedly keep on saying to the pt. To fixate on the central yellow spot....but if due to any reason...say not that much co operative pt....we need to accept whatever best results we can get.....no harm on repeating the field same day or next day...

Hello.....yes there is an option in zeiss humphrey perimeter to test 120 degrees of visual field...but generally we do not need to measure these much extreme peripheries of visual field....

Hello.....pt ki age ka to koi farak nahi hai...jitni marzi ho....bus age ko machine ke data me accurately bharna hai.....
High false positive means...bina stimulus ke bhi pt. Batan dba raha hai......to test ko dubara krna hoga...aur pt. Ko ache se samjhana hai ke jab light dikhe tabhi button dbana hai ....aise hi nahi....
