To God to help and forgive me.for thoughts and words that are unrighteous. I feel when I pray convicted,And if God is hearing me. I prayed with you Rabbi .I ask God to reveal himself to me. One of the most AMAZING things about Moses was when fasted for 40 days/Nights 2x back to back in order to save the people of Israel. Because God was so mad at their actions with the golden calf, that he had decided to recreate the covenant starting with Moses. But Moses’s humility allowed him to fast for a 2nd time so that God would be merciful

Please keep my family in prayer. My ex has set forth an attack against me in court to try to get custody of the children. Right now it's joint. He's an alcoholic and supposed to be a Christian but I left because of the abuse and now he's lying and trying to trap me in court. I know God has a plan to restore me and his anger rests on my ex right now but this battle is draining me and I need prayer for increased faith to continue to fight the good fight for my kids saftey and spiritual well being.

Moses was not allowed by God to enter the promised land. He did one thing wrong, and hit the rock, instead of speaking to it, so God punished him by keeping him from the land he spent 40 years waiting to enter. I wish someone could explain this to me.
Chadkincham because Moses knew God so intimately a higher expectation of obedience to God rested on him. God clearly told him the first time to strike the rock. And the second time he told him just as clearly to speak to the rock. But Moses became angry and struck the rock a second time. The NT tells us the OT was given for our instruction and example. (1Cor 10:11) Paul also tells us that Rock was Christ. (1Cor 10:4) Christ was to be struck (crucified) only once. After that we speak to him and he answers our prayers. Scripture must be spiritually discerned.
