a great tip I learned for toy-ish looking vigure is to go to a store called games workshop, pick up a shade (agrax earthshade is my personal favorite) and put it all over the model (with a small model paint brush) and it will look great and more realistic! hope this helps.

So much unnecessary improvement. I am incredibly impressed with this set, along with almost all of the other sets from this wave and recent waves. Mega truly has become the "big boy toy" brand.

Same here, did not know about this set, I think that style of grunts were ever only in a blind pack before, which sucks, because I really want them.

This is so detailed i want it since it has a bit of collectors bias, plus theyre really good against anders sentinels or a banshee rush(in halo wars 2)

Why did they put the Halo 4-5 (possibly 6) marine in the set? It would be even better if they put the Halo wars 1-2 style of marine armor with the wolverine.
Jang, just got this set. MEGA chsnged the color on the brute. It is still orange, but it is not translucent. Its fairly matte

I guess that could've worked. But it looks like the wolverine is based on the Halo wars 2 version, which uses new model marines during gameplay and at the main menu.

Really wish the marines had been the Halo Wars 2 ones. They'd use the same moulds as Yankee Squad, and the Hellbringer would look much better in darker, grittier, greys and greens than the Halo 5 Marines' toyish red and cream.

Their distribution is almost non-existent in the UK. I've lucked out with some more recent sets in Toys R Us, even paid inflated prices on Amazon to get Destiny sets, which I can't find anywhere else. It's tough being a collector of Mega products!

I don't like how these sets get the halo 4 marines, they should have been the original halo wars styled marines

normally don't really bother with Mega Halo stuff, but this set in particular caught my eye, to me something about it just seems to be a step up from the other newer sets... might have to get it for display.

Yeah I got the Scorpion and put it on a wooden table, because I wasn't using it, and the treads were sticking to the table.
The wepons ( specifically the spiker ), paint shape and shoulders sugest to me that that set later became the arctick jackrabit
And the grunts
Theyre in the battle for the ark series, well one of the brutes and the grunt.
mega construx has done call of duty and halo but not both titanfalls they should make a titanfall 1 and 2 sets

Why can't mega construx just use those helmets from the brutes and apply to spartan heroes series as like an exclusive as a removable helmet for example locke with a removable helmet

Why did they change the label from Mega Bloks to Mega Construx?
Kieran Schafer They changed the name of Mega Bloks to Mega Construx I don't know why but they did.
I think they changed it because they are using less blocks
Shockwave: The scientist the reason that they changed it is because they're using 'Mega Bloks' for the large bricks made for kids, while 'Mega Construx' is being used for the toys for older kids/collectors
