Man Emmett is just so underrated, rarely has a boring fight and an absolute dog. Just kinda seems to me that most fans do not really care about him, since he maybe isn´t the most charismatic dude in the division. Still has a solid personality
Also doesn´t help that he´s facing Topuria, one of the most hyped prospects at the moment

Emmett exudes toughness, but just because he gets KO’s, I can’t say he’s a KO artist. He throws overhands until one of them eventually lands.

I agree, Topuria outclasses him skillwise. But Josh carries 2 deadly weapons that can send anybody to another dimension at any given time. His fists are the reason I enjoy his fights so much. This guy hits like a train

Josh Emmet NEEDS to stop focusing so much on lifting weights and more on actually fighting. Ya he’s powerful but whenever things get slightly technical or even just not a brawl all fight he gets lit up the entire time looking for the same shot exact shot. He has to beat Josh or it’s obvious he has just been an overhyped brawler. Don’t see him staying around long if he loses to ilia.

Anytime you see people talking like they're about a fighter like Ilia, they USUALLY lose. And the statistics are there to back that. I'm not saying he will lose, but history has shown us time and time again that in these situations they lose and usually pretty badly.
