Bro, due to religious reasons you should stay away from authentic chapli kababs because here we use beef instead of mutton. Mutton (dumba) is used in bbq karahi etc.

I am from Peshawar but frankly speaking, chappli kebab of Jalil Kebab House are not good. There are many other good places for chappli kebab in Peshawar. Yahan ka sirf naam hee hy.
Nahi sarkar, jalil kabab house, all branches are wrong number. check the mobil oil they fry it in. Better Alternates, Sheen kabab, kohat road. Misri Khan, Thana Kabab, old bara road. and of course Taru Jabba.
to all health enhusiatics and oil inspectors its lamb fat so its black as its the natural color of the oil and its not healthy dish so no one eat regularly just once a month or sometime twice and this usually the case with every famous traditional dish they are not famous for health purpose they are famous for taste now paraths saag ma khan is tasty but is it healthy similarly for pizza pasta or any other famous dish
