Woah, I just read the description. Rick made the costume/makeup that perfect AND matched the voice that perfectly? I thought for sure it was dubbed over. That's superhuman levels of perfection. Is he the Chameleon from Spider-Man?

Yeah, I'm gonna miss Hayter as Snake. Hearing Sutherland as Snake wasn't the same. It'd be like if I lost Steve Downes as the voice of Master Chief. Just not the same at all.

@@dangerous358 That's actually a really good question that I've been thinking about since the abysmal TV show released. Someone accused me of wanting Halo to "live and die with Steve Downes" when they didn't actually understand that I liked Pablo Schreiber as the Master Chief and that the problem was with the script and not the cast.
The first name that comes to mind is someone like Dave Matranga, but there are plenty of people in the VA industry that sound great and have a pretty good range. Another that comes to mind is Gianni Matragrano.

If you think about it, it makes sense for kiefer Sutherland to be venom snake. He wasn't even a real snake or clone, just a guy surgeried as a stunt double. He was never the real snake.
Weapon X yeah, but Kiefer dubbed the real Big Boss in MGSV too

This honestly brought a tear to my eye, I'm only 16 and this is cliche. But I really wish I was born earlier so I could have experienced these games in all their glory, I've played all of them now (Except the original 2 games) and David...You'll be missed. Hopefully someday we here your voice in MGS again.

i can see that mgs 1 came out when i was 5 or 6 i was born in the perfect time to watch gaming really develop. played them all but one lol and then mgs 4 came out and you got to go back to shadow Moses ahh made me cry lol

This is a truly beautiful tribute. Thank you for making this. While I have no doubt MGSV is going to be phenomenal, Hayter will be sorely missed as the vocal embodiment of Snake and Big Boss...a legacy to pass on indeed.

I do too, I like kiefer as big boss and venom, honestly David being younger Big boss kinda threw me off
I think they made the right choice casting Sutherland for Venom Snake, but they should've kept David Hayter for the real Big Boss.
Ma Bu Considering Venom’s voice before he became Snake, like, when he was just a medic, would fit better if he had the same style as Solid. So, he’d talk like Solid Snake, but with a more grizzly voice.
@@solidsnake2584 I completely agree. They should have done the whole introduction when big boss shows up on the bike to show (Big Boss (David Hayter)) and that's the only time it shows that he's involved other than the end credits

Very well produces I should say. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't hear what Snake was saying near the beginning but everything else was so spectacular!!! Hopefully MGSVI will bring David back. If there is one.

+Derpingtron Games I dont know, if I'm sounding dumb, or you are sounding dumb, but I felt like anwsering anyways. There's a trick with some sort of clay, which is the color of the person's skin, and you can shape it and paint it like it was real.

+The Great Papyrus It's stage makeup, it's pretty good *finger guns* If you look really closely at the end closest to his elbow you can see the little bit of clay he forgot to smooth out

Too bad I'm seeing this NOW and I haven't seen it before, but other than that, you did a great job in putting all of this togheter. David Hayter is a legend amongst us, fans of MGS. Such he is, that whenever I hear Kiefer's voice in the new MGS: V, I still got David's voice in my head. Kiefer is right now the right man for the "right Snake", but look how one man (Hayter) literally made our childhood with one voice.
