If you use half of the code to "Start and stay as Fire Mario" and one from "Getting hit doesn't cause you to lose power-ups" you'll have an extra spot left over for another code and won't have had to enter all three for the former. It looks weird seeing fire Mario SMALL then grow to Super Mario when he shoots a fireball. I did a LOT of experimenting with Game Genie when I was a kid. P.S. If anything is incorrect regarding which EXACT code or the names please bear in mind I'm making a concerted effort to remember from 25+ years ago.......

Try PIGPOG and EXPOLS. PIGPOG places random enemies and obstacles while EXPOLS changes the level design in crazy ways. It's probably the best super Mario Bros randomizer you can get with a game genie (Oh btw where do you get a black game genie? Mine is gold other than the hanging piece.)
