Prayers for Athena 🙏 I love all of them but beekeeper is a must stitch I have never done punch needle before but have the Morgan hoop and punch needle will definitely be buying the pattern and giving it a try !!
Keeping your fur baby in my prayers ❤ the 1776 mat, you could appliqué stitch a wool circle on the back and each corner and slip a magnet in there or all 4 corners so it will lay evenly as a mat. It’s my favorite ❤️

Oh Teresa, I am so sorry to hear about Athena.😢😢 Of course I will be praying for Athena and Your whole family. Our little furbaby Elmo has had cancer twice. Thank GOD both times surgery took care of it. He is now 10 and is still very active and a happy little boy.
Your Nashville Needlework releases are absolutely awesome. I don't know how You get everything done that You do. You are truly an awesome artist. I love everything from Your color choices to the patterns themselves. I am a fairly new stitcher, but I really love the Abraham Lincoln quote.

My dog just finished his chemo at OVRS they are in Bloomfield MI and he did great they tolerate chemo better than us prayers for you and your fur baby

Sending love and prayers to Athena and your family. When our fur baby got very sick we met with the Father at our (catholic) church. Father Vacente prayed with us and over our fur baby. It helped us all with the road ahead. Putting him down was never an option

Teresa, I have been binge watching your videos for months & still am behind by 100 or so. Until today, I have not allowed myself to watch a current episode because I like to "live in the moment" & would never jump to the last "page in the book" to see how the story ends! Crazy..right?? Anyway, I have been buying your cross stitch charts for years & when I saw the releases for 2024, I nearly lost my mind. EVERYTHING is beautiful & on the Wish List for my LNS. Then I saw today's video title: "MORE Nashville Releases" I couldn't hold back and broke my own rule. Although I don't do Punch Needle or Wool Applique, I LOVE everything you do. You are so talented & so giving to our community and I would love to sit & chat with you some day. I will keep you in my prayers for safe travels next week and for your sweet fur-baby. Our heavenly Father cares so deeply for us and knows our heart and hears our prayers, whatever they be. I hope you have a Wonderful time at Market, and share good times with Kristen afterward. It does my heart good to know you will be in my beautiful home state of Tennessee. I live only a few hours away in Northeast TN and wouldn't dream of being anywhere else. My husband makes syrup and he started early. It's was great! You can use the syrup instead of sugar in your baking! So much healthier for baked goods for the grands!
Prayers for your dog! We are very sad here because my daughter had to say goodbye to her dog of 14 years yesterday. They are such a part of the family. Brighter note…on the magnets. I recently finished a project and wanted to put on a tin. The magnets stuck to the tin and I glued washers on the cross stitch piece and then the piece doesn’t have magnets and easily store. I make project bags for myself, not for sale. I just received Hop Hop Hooray, so cute!!! I have enough for a table runner too. Your market releases are just amazing! Love the wool that you used, especially the gold background. Prayers for Athena, poor pup. 🙏 Even if the treatments are not so bad, it is still stressful.
Love the wool patterns! Have you considered hand sewing the magnets to the back of the mat? You could cut stars out of wool and put the magnets inside and a quick blanket stitch. It would look nice from the back and I think it will work. You could also use swatches of the stitchy bird fabric. I will include teenie boo in my daily prayers. Safe travels.
Put some of that syrup on ice cream with walnuts. Yummy. Your grand kids would love it too.
Sending prayers for Teeny. You can always FaceTime to be with your hubby and Teeny if you’re in TN for the vet appointment. If dogs are like humans, thyroid cancers are relatively easy to treat and the prognosis is really good. Blessings to all of you 🙏🏻💕

Hi Teresa! I just wanted to let you know that I had thyroid cancer and I had a tumor on one side of my thyroid so they just removed half my thyroid and that got rid of it. I didn’t need radiation or chemo, although I am on thyroid medicine for the rest of my life to keep the half that’s left working correctly. Depending on what Teeny has, they may be able to do surgery and get rid of it. I will be praying for her. Love your new punchneedle and wool designs!!!!! Excellent work!! Have fun and success at Market! 💕💕💕💕💕
Teresa - I feel your pain with your elusive "mistake" on your project. In January, I had the same dilemma, which took 10 days to solve!!! I counted my stitches and every thing came out but the border still did not meet up. I could not figure it out. Then I believe God intervened and sent me a thought - don't count the stitches, count the threads... I was working on 40-count fabric. I pulled out my counting pins and sewing thread on a needle and started counting threads, marking every 10 "stitches" (over two threads). Sure enough, one tiny stitch was accidentally worked over three threads horizontally. The 40-count was fine enough that I did not notice when counting stitches instead of threads. I was so glad I persevered and put in a little extra work; it prevented having to rip out almost half of the border! Try counting threads, and you will be amazed at what you may find :)
I definitely understand, former fur mom here. My fur baby was diagnosed with diabetes at age 11, didn’t respond well to insulin 😢he lost so much weight. I spent thousands trying to save my baby. Continued 🙏🏽

I would have left my opening on the side. One could put an inner heart with the walnut pieces and then fill around that with layers and other bits and bobs of poly or wool batting. I am still working on how to best do this to keep it balanced. I love these new releases. Thank you.

Just wanted to say...yes praying for your puppy! They are like family members, especially as they get older, and we are giving them special care for their aches and pains. I just bought your pattern for 'Pet all the Dogs' and think that I'll put our dogs name and birthday on there somewhere. He is 16 now and we know we can't keep him forever, but trust he'll be waiting for us when we get to heaven. He has been the best dog ever! Probably just how you feel about your baby too....much love to you and yours!
