I would not bet against this team
If MB does not recover to be fully fit or if she or another CB is injured, SH would have come in handy. This is one very critical vulnerability the squad has, otherwise it's all good.
If MB wasn’t fit, Serena would not picked her for the WC
MB has not yet fully recovered from her injury...she will miss the Portugal warm-up game! Also, AG limped of yesterday from training due to some injury! So, the CB positions are looking more and more alarming...SW has got only EM & LWM as back-ups for these positions.

I think Weigman's reluctance to consider Steph Houghton, in Williamson's enforced absence, could cost us the World Cup. She's a very good coach but does seem to have a stubborn streak. We don't have anyone at centre back with the class of Williamson or Houghton to partner Bright.
