Good conversation and I like “don’t bring me problems, bring me solutions. If i knew the solution I wouldn’t be coming to you!” So true. We get caught up in bring a solution with a complaint!
Understanding the root causes of our reactions and emotions can help us empathize with others and lead to more productive conversations. By allowing people to discuss their issues and brainstorm together, we can find common ground and reach a consensus. It is often difficult but so worth it.
I don’t feel noticed that’s why I left work today. I notice them but upper management doesn’t notice me they just see me as a burden and things seems forced. It’s frustrating. And like he said I see problem after problem and let manage my know but I want the place to do well cause I’ve been listening to the beat leaders like Will Guidara, you, and Jordan Peterson. Now I have to go to a meeting and I’m not happy about it. I needed this video today thanks
Thank you Simon, that is my problem. I react to my teenager's forgetfulness. I say, "Why didn't you.. this, or why you keep... that!" I need to say, "I don't know what is making you forget to clean your room. Tell me more."
It's called irresponsibility.
Accountability.... 🥂
This is such a great conversation.
That FBI hard conversation! ❤
Well said Simeon

Many bosses and managers don't want to hear about problems. They'd rather stick their head in the sand to avoid dealing with problems. Then when you're left on your own to find a solution, you get called on the carpet and chewed out because you either didn't ask for permission or you did something outside of what the boss is willing to do. As a boss or manager, you need the skill of being able to listen and empower your employees to find workable solutions that get the job done. But it's very difficult if not impossible for many bosses to leave their egos at the door.

I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone's that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.
Investing in many sources of income that are independent of government paychecks is the prudent thing that everyone should be thinking about right now, especially given the global economic crisis. Stocks, forex, and digital currencies are still good investments at this time.
Sure, investing is essential for maintaining your financial stability, but making any kind of legitimate investment without the correct advice of a professional can result in a significant loss as well.
It's really not easy trading this market. I read a lot of books, tried to study, watch some tutorial videos, did a little demo before funding my account and I still lost a lot. The financial market could be very tricky
I also keep seeing lot's of people testifying about how they make money investing in Stock, Forex and Bitcoin and I wonder why I keep loosing. Can anyone help me out or at least advice me on what to do.
Please who is the professional guiding you? I have lost so much as a beginner Investing into stock and crypto without a proper guidance.

PLEASE HELP: If anyone knows a Simon segment where he address how to handle a boss that immediately cuts you off after 3-5 seconds of a critical business proposal or obstructs your ability to explain valuable needs to the company, please let me know. Thank you!
I can provide more context if necessary. Just need insight on how to address it
Don’t know of a Simon video, but here’s a script you could try:
“It sounds like you don’t have time to hear me out right now. When is a good time that I could come back to give you a full walk-through of my proposal? I’d really like to get your feedback once you have all the details.” Then schedule a meeting.
If they keep interrupting during the meeting, you can say “[boss’s name], would it be OK if I finish my presentation first and get your feedback afterward? I want to make sure you have all the details of my proposal first.” if that fails, see step 1.
If you keep hitting the same wall, don’t be afraid to talk to your boss’s boss about the problem you’re having. Most managers want to know if their direct reports (supervisors) are making life difficult for front-line staff. You can also ask if they are willing to keep who raised the concern confidential. A good manager will want to keep the lines of communication open with downline staff so that they’re kept aware of problems that would otherwise get swept under the rug.
YOUR boss may also be more receptive to feedback and coaching from their boss, because that that’s who evaluates their performance.
Good luck!
Thanks a ton @@matthewwarnick3288 I greatly appreciate your time and attention to this!
Simon should be president of every country in the world.
i got fired unjustly. i brought up health and safety concerns and they fired me for it.
Not sure where you are located, but if you’re in the US, that is would be retaliation, which is illegal. Your employer is required to meet federal OSHA requirements and can’t penalize employees for reporting safety violations.
Most states have a “whistle blower” statute or some kind of appeals process for unlawful employment practices. It should be of no cost to you. Your state department of labor (or employment - it’s named differently by state) should be able to point you in the right direction.
If you were affected financially, you may be eligible for compensation. Even if not, your employer probably needs to learn their lesson!
Someone should explain this in my company 😢

Bonjour Simon ! Ça va chez toi ? Tu m’épouses quand ?
