- This routine is another big thanks to Larry Jennings. His work on the concept really inspired me as a young boy.
Study Jennings 67, it features all of his ideas on this concept.
I hope you enjoy my interpretation

Michael Vincent's sleight of hand is so beautifully refined, but the showmanship is always what brings me back.
Decades of practise. Always amazing to watch a master of their craft work
I tried to replicate the method exactly, but after forcing a red Ace into the skin of my palm I ended up in hospital, and am now a burden on the NHS. Michael Vincent you devil you ! :)
World class magician, and a world class individual. Keep up the great work Michael.
Mr. Vincent, you are amazing! I love your gentle demeanor and performance style.
Big fan from the States.
Cheers to you Sir.
That's the most brilliant piece of magic I've ever seen! Thank you Michael for another fantastic performance and helping us all believe that nothing is impossible!
I would have to say Micheal, you are the best slight of hand craftsman i have ever seen, i absolutely love your work, you are magic.
Thank you Shaun👍🏽
Just when you think you see, you didn't. Mastery!
I love these little snippets of wisdom I get from watching your videos. You sir are an exceptional person 👍
Thank you sir. Have a good day
@@MichaelVincentMagic Your welcome and the same to you 👍
If I wanted a video that demonstrated perfectly the idea of making the move look the same when I'm actually doing it and when I'm not, this would be the one. So beautiful, and that move that made sure you were clean at the end was perfectly fooling. So good.
Thank you so much for this demonstration of elegant card manipulation! Luv your style, so elegant and clean. Watched your Penn & Teller performances over and over. You are the quintessential card magician.
We are in a difficult time Mike, but I'm 100% sure that we will enjoy the life again and you will bring joy and happines for audiences very soon. Big hug Mike, you're a hero.
Brilliant, simply unbelievable. Michael Vincent, you’re my Guru. Thank you.
That's a great trick, one of the best I've seen for years.
Michael Vincent, a beautiful human being ! God bless your mother !
Michael, that's just astonishingly good!! Absolutely loved it, and have just shared the video with all my team. We still talk about your extraordinary performance on our special day
Just beautiful
Beautiful routine
Thank you for gracing us with this video Michael!
Your take on the Finley Tent is just breathtaking. Could not be performed more beautifully than that. Larry would be so proud!
Truly amazing. Not just the sleight but how you presented verbally. A great lesson.❤
Ha, thats my approach, almost from the beginning. I lost some fingers and got into card magic as physical therapy. I can't do much of anything the 'right' way, so on pretty much everything, Ive had to just work backwards from an effect with the general methods and develop my own handlings. I went through a brief phase of crushing disappointment and frustration that I simply was physically incapable of doing to cool stuff. But, I refocused on my reason for doing it and adapted. My biggest issue is that I dont have any cover with my left, so I have to get unconventional. Lennart Green's clumsiness is a major inspiration.
Michael, your recent interview on the Vanishing Inc podcast was SO inspiring to me. You are not only an amazing magician but also a gentleman and a scholar. You truly make this world a better place, sir.
Great to hear from you again brother! Miss you and your magic.
Michael... that was fabulous! Loved the magic and the reflection... has made my day.
Michael Vincent, you really are such a gentleman and an all around good man. Very nice to see you are a God fearing man like myself. Keep up the great work my brotha.
Fantastic Michael!!! I especially like the opening sequence where you "explain" the procedure. Really, really nice!!! Thanks so much for the inspiration....
Amazing: that just drove me crazy.
Additionally, your final words made me think; I would say, they were food for my thoughts and you have given me an answer, which is not limited to magic but goes beyond; indeed, I was thinking of the power of subconscious in these days. Thanks a lot.
When im not writing music or practicing sleight of hand the only thing i wantr to do is watch these amazing little vids
Me too !
This is a great video! Great magic trick and great philosophy! GREAT!
You did secretly explain it, didn't you. I see it. You're so clean though it's unbelievable. Im only typing this after watching the middle two minutes eight times.
Michael I have some questions and a possible video suggestion idea.
I really enjoyed your videos on basic card handling and I always practice your drills so thank you for that.
I have some questions regarding card preparation and card care and storage.
How do you prepare your hands before handling cards? Do you have a hand care regiment you follow?
How do you store your cards and how long do you keep a deck before tossing it out?
I’m curious because I get these questions often from fellow Magicians too.
I understand these questions may sound odd but on our drive for excellence there should be no stones un turned.
Everyone’s hands are different and some have dry hands and some suffer sweaty, greasy hands. For myself I tend to have the sweaty hand problem.
What works for me is I use Corn Huskers Lotion at night before bed and I use a exfoliating soap before handling cards.
If you have any special tips or general ways of you care of hands and cards I think people would like a video like that as well.
Love to you my friend
Rick
Absolutely loving these videos Michael, the presentation, as always, is perfect.
Really great advice! I first heard this advice months ago watching Michaels dvds and it really works. What is interesting is because I am restrained to showing magic by camera I have been asked if I’m using camera tricks or special editing LOL.
What a beautiful routine! The Palm work was beautiful and I won’t give away secrets but all I can say is that was damn smooth.
Friends this is master work we are watching here. Please share these videos. I want all magicians young and old to see Michaels work.
Love your magic. Been following you for years
Beautiful and witty performance.
Hi Michael It's always great watching your performances on CZcams but especially so during these peculiar times ..........
immaculate handling .....as always
that was wonderful. I especially loved the reappearance of the ace at 3:30, so magical!
Thank you for sharing this! I thoroughly enjoy the wisdom you share with us. I appreciate the time and thought you take to craft your messages.
Genius, man. You’re my favorite sleight of hand artist. Fantastic.
*Really love watching you Michael. Very well spoken and engaging and flawless delivery. I look forward to your daily content no matter what the subject matter. Best wishes my friend.*
Fabulous!!!! I got Jennings 67 a couple of days ago and I’m currently practicing the invisible palm aces
The version he's doing here isn't the Jennings '67 version. It's Paul Harris's more descrepant, lesser version. Stick with the Jennings version.
My heart sank as he said "if your genetically fortunate, that card wont peak out at the bottom"....
Awesome video!! Thank you very much for that wonderful moment!
This is a completely marvelous demonstration of pure sleight of hand :) I’ve watched all of your videos with true delight throughout the years and it’s great, that you keep making these little gifts for us, Michael! Thank you for your work and greetings from Russia!
Only 4 aces used. So clean. I wondered if that was self-invented, or someone slyd in...;)
It is such a routine where one could wish to be a child again.
Such a great pleasure to see a humble Vincent in these surroundings and feel what a process his masterpiece has been through. Came Strong across.
Maybe he wakes up again in the middle of the night and has a new idea for it. Personally though, I am not convinced that he can transfer the card under the skin of his hand.
There must be another explanation. He compresses the atoms in the card and expands them again / he hypnotizes me with a secret word, so I do not see the card, when under spell / is it an ability to make things invisible, which is inherited through generations and a secret he has to take with him to the grave / holds his grandmother the card in another dimension when he shows his hand empty. We shall never know.
But my double vision tells me that Vincent's magic hands could do the same with king size cards.
And in that regard, I send my thoughts, with Michael Vincent too, I believe, very highest admiration to the many performers, who was not born with such magical hands but did the imposible anyway.
Like a Paul Daniels, Ricky Jay and countless others, not to mention a Rene' Lavand or Richard Turner with impossible odds for doing the impossible.
Hail to those and everyone who strife in magic and for magic.
Should anyone like to copy "the invisible palm" please make it your own stile and it should be fun to watch a clumsy (drunk?) fellow, not himself understanding what the hell is happening, falling over backwards in surprise himself.
Lesson learned : next time I run my hands over a Queen of hearts l shall remember to use "a little bit of pressure" and watch what happens. ;-)
So clean beautiful hands!! Thanks 🙏
What's up with all the people who went to Penn and Teller posting tutorials this month? This is probably the 5th video tutorial I have seen this month and we are not half way through. Thanks for posting this!!!!!
simply beautiful michael. love watching you perform.
You sir are a very smart man. Thank you for your contributions to man-kind.
This is the most gorgeous presentation I’ve ever seen of this effect Mr. Vincent! Your exquisite patter always goes with your exquisite sleight of hand.
I love this! Great job
This is a trick that is all about proper patter. Just being proficient in sleights is not enough. You did a fantastic job, as always.
Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge and passion !
Fan From France
This is so beautiful !
Pretty clean! Beautiful!.
Power of mind/brain! It's an important part of many disciplines. In Downhiill mtb, racers uses visualisation before their race run. It's like it tells the brain and so the body what to do. Amazing work
Beautiful sleight of hand. Love it.
michael vincent you are truly skilled thank you !
Just beautiful michael.
great routine. Was I the only one hoping to see the method revealed haha? Thank you Michael :)
I think the best way is to learn the basics and then try to figure it out. This trick is incredibly easy once you've got the basics and seen it.
SPOILERS - When he's taking the aces out, you'll notice that he picks up a second card behind two of the aces - a King that is later the "top card" on the deck, and a five which I don't think gets shown. The rest of the trick is some really expert manipulation of making two cards appear to be one, making the second card "disappear", then making it "reappear" by sliding the second card off the back of an ace that's on the table. Before the reveal at the end, he drops the five behind the table so he can flip over all of the aces cleanly. Even though I know how it's done, I still can't fathom the years of practice and skill-building that went into making this look so clean and effortless. I rewatched this video a lot of times to piece it together.
@@PrometheusZer00 his doubles are fucking flawless, what the actual fuck.
Incredible. I've no idea how you do it, but I love watching your work. Thanks for sharing.
Wow.....wow....even when you say what you are doing .....still amazing
Thank you for sharing your wisdom!
You are so brilliant, we are so lucky your able to show us incredible moves.👍👍
That is very impressive!
Impressive enough to subscribe!
Hello Mr. Vincent I'm big fan of your work and I always try to copy your routines for practice because it's next level slight of hand that actually hard to follow and this video is amazing I did follow your moves and I understand how did you do it except one thing that drove me crazy and made me watch the video for 6 times I still don't get how is the set up you are a true school of magic thank you for your time🙏🏽🙏🏽
This is transcendent. Thank you.

Nicely done and I can tell there's years of doing this routine and I just wanted to let you know what I was thinking
Truly beautiful!
Beautiful
My brain is BOOM !!! Hello from Moscow!)
even if you can figure out how it's done, that's not the point at all, just aporeciate the amount of work that goes seamlessely into this, which is incredibely well executed. Wow. Well done, you're trully on another level, and I'm 100% into what you're doing.
Unbelievable trick! Wow

I hope you will never stop performing magic your style is just to great.
Do you have the routine you were talking about with the 4 pockets and the 4 aces on youtube too?
Greetings
Lovely to see familiar faces!
Wow!
Go back on fool us for a third time my magical friend! The third time will be a charm!
Thank you man.
I remember 5 years ago I was very new to magic and re-watched your appearance on the Fool Us Pilot and was like “Damn!” I’m a bit more clued in now and love your work, watched this expecting to follow along pretty well. Damn dude. Decades of work have made it seem like you can actually do magic! I really like you but I made have called you some not very nice names while watching this haha
Amazing.
So good
so good
Michael, great idea, why don't you start showing us a trick once a week?!
Fair is fair. A trick or so every so often. I think that he should privatize such videos in case we should use them posthumously. Perhaps he reformats. His is an amazing work that should also be remembered among the previous generation of the greats, and not confused with exploitation of the “game” (magic😊😉🤔👏👏👏), as the new era continues to shape and reveal itself. These for just that purpose. 🖖🏼
@@urbanstylecaptures8716 That being said, all magicians carry a taste of somebody else's style/idea for a trick and I know that personally I'm here for magic and he is a magician, it'd be great to have some kind of build up in a philosophical way to the 'end-of-week' trick, perhaps sharing something he's learnt about himself or about magic in general, but always as the build up to the trick at the end of the week. It'd be nice to know he's still creating new tricks.
Great magician, great voice as well
