    I'm reading this in Hatcher's Textbook. The video explanation is much more clear than the book.

    Null homotopic is dual to non null homotopic -- Janus holes/points or duality!
    Antipodal points identify for the rotation group -- duality.
    Points are dual to lines -- the principle of duality in geometry.
    Duality creates reality!
