Left hand technique, phenomenal. Right hand next near god level perfection. Tonality, warm, beautiful and extraordinary. Absolutely heart warming, tear inducing, mythical music being played on top of all that. Truly a top tier musicians playing right here, shame on you Berklee. Although I’d reject a musician aswell who would absolutely destroy the morality of others due to their playing being so perfect

Some very cool things that you managed to lead into each other very well. I don't live in America but I also did not get into music school years ago. I think they have a very set box that if you don't fall into, they have no interest. You're fantastic so I wouldn't be caring if they want you at their school, you'll go far without them.
Great performance, I want to see you play more Little Barrie. Barrie Cadogan is a extremely tasty guitar player and has wrote some fantastic tunes.

i think you played better than i could ever play! i hope you keep playing music and not let anyone bring you down. when you're motivated to play music it's not possible to be stopped. i've been brought down from other people before because they thought my music was bad. i realized then that it's all taste and preferences and that no matter what you play there are people somewhere who will respect your work. the only thing that really matters in the end is if you like it. i may be saying cliches but the advice is really good in my opinion.

I did get into Berklee, and this was 100x better than my audition. They must have made it more difficult to get in recently...
I call bullshit. They let anyone into that school.
Nice touch! Don't let the Berklee thing hold you back. These things often don't mean much. I know some players who didn't get in but have far surpassed those who did. Maybe there are some useful points in the feedback (if they gave you any) but the main thing is to keep developing your obvious talent and do something with it.

I didn’t go to Berklee, but I lived across the street from there in a building of mostly Berklee students. You’re not missing out on much, man. I think you’d be much better off in Albuquerque.

Contemporary music colleges like Berklee and MI are more focused on how much money they can take from you rather than teaching. You either have to be a John Mayer and get a full ride, or simply get lucky in the pool. I know several people who have gone to schools like Berklee (who shouldn't have) and came out average or dropped out. From my knowledge, only Classical conservatories like Juliliard are schools that heavily look at skill and technique
I was rejected from music school. Went to university in Japan but couldn't give up on my dream so I transferred to music school in Canada. I tried pretty hard but unfortunately there were people that worked harder so I didn't get a music job. Fortunately, I was sort of studying business in Japan so I used that and landed a job in financial consulting. In terms purely of salary, I probably am making more than if I had continued music as a career. Don't get me wrong, it still 100% sucks that I couldn't make it as a musician.
I hope things work out for you, even if they don't. Also, post more stuff! We'll happily listen.
