I am currently working as Assistant System Engineer in Automotive project with 2years of experience. I have completed Electronics engineering should I go for Master's in Embedded systems in Germany or switch my job in same domain. Can you please suggest as I currently feel I am stuck in the same loop.

Both options are open for you. Its not that late to go for studies, timewise you can afford it. Rest is upto your situation.
