Maybe not a bad thing. I follow all her advices except for one, that I find it by accident. The less frequent I was my curly hair, the better it gets. My strands are significantly stronger, shinier, curls are more elastic and resilient. Washing it only once a month for over a year now and have no split ends ( they would use to split 4 weeks post trimming)

I know this video says posted 6 days ago?! Am i wrong? Im pretty sure i watched it longwr than 6 days ago… unless u have two of them… this keeps happening idk qhata up w the universe…. Anyway, i despise when people make themselves look completely different instead of simply embracing their natural self for an important life event i know it seems normal - idk whyyy when i had my second+ kids i devided to ho natural as possible so i felt like i saw ME in the future when i looked back. Even dyed my hair close to delivery because i didnt feel right going in looking like someone else.

If i could go back to jr & sr prom I wouldnt straighten my hair id take the knowledge from the past few years and wear my curls at their best natural ❤

Hey Mel not sure if you’ve answered this question already but I think my hair is too long for a bonnet, is a satin pillowcase enough protection at night?
my hair is quite long so i usually tie it up with a satin scarf instead!! this adds further protection
use janelle oshaunessy’s video of curls at night 101. it’s really helpful !
I have tailbone length curls and wear bonnets, but also use satin and/or silk pillowcases as backup for any hair that escapes the bonnet. Sometimes I loosely pile my hair on top of my head and smush the bonnet on and sometimes I put it up in a very loose ponytail on the top of my head with an invisibobble and then on a second loop, pull most of hair trough to make a "U" kind of shape...not really a bun, but not all the way a ponytail either if that makes sense. This keeps it all more secure under the bonnet. Hope this helps?

Scalp oiling is fine in moderation. I use Camille Rose Cocoa Nibs.
no bc I rly need help w my hair cause my hair has some curly parts and some wavy parts and I've tried so many routines and some many products and none of them work, I've even tried to make up my own routines and like literally nothing works and it's always frizzy and I have used some hair masks that help with that but still no routines that I try work, my curls just don't stay up for more than like 20 mins after my hair is dried idk if any of that makes sence but if it did can someone give me some tips pls 🙏
