This was one of my fav makeup tutorials I’ve ever watched! I loved how detailed you were. Also, I loved that the cuts in the editing didn’t have drastic changes (like other CZcamsrs do). This really made the look seem achievable! Can’t wait to try out the look 💕 You look stunning with this makeup!

Spoiler: those models have surgeries, that’s why they have the fox eye, even without makeup. I still love this look and love your version, but, just putting it out there.
it may be the case for some of the models but people in general can just have very almond shape eyes lol hence why their eyes already have a slant to them

to people in the comments: the makeup itself is harmless, it mimics more almond-shaped eyes, which, while very prevalent in Asians, also appears in other ethnicities- Egyptians, Slavics, and (some) Greeks, for example. the issue here is the pose a lot of these people do: pulling their eyes back like that mimicks the “slant eye” gesture that people have used to mock asian people for decades. so while the makeup itself is fine, pulling their eyes back is not.

@You Are a monster c: yes it wasnt intended but, for example, its like a white guy saying the n word and then saying "oh but it was just a joke" it doesnt work like that.
You Are a monster c: but it’s something that has been continuously used to make fun of Asian Americans and that others can make it a trend really hurts us. We can’t just grow up because it still happens today. Although it’s not intentionally to hurt someone it still does.

so glad i came across your channel! i've always been kind of confused by other tutorials because the mua doesn't describe their technique so much in detail, but you do such a great job of explaining (and just in general, it's a great makeup look)!
Stunning! I saw your post last night on IG & I had to do a double take as I didn’t think it was you lol! I have been obsessed with your eye makeup for 3+ yrs now(& your content🥰! I promise I don’t just use you for your MUA skills🥇🎨👩🏼🎨🌟), but it was only last year that I finally figured out that I’ll NEVER be able to recreate your looks because I wasn’t born with your perfect brow, eye shape & bone structure(forehead, nose, cheekbones)surrounding your eyes lol! I’m definitely not happy about it (facts🤷🏼♀️) but at least I’ll no longer drive myself mad trying to purchase the same shadows, primer, mascara, liners & blend my heart out using great but inexpensive brushes from Sigma, Real Technique & Luxie or the very best eyeshadow brushes which IMO are Wayne Goss, Sonia G. & Rephr! 🤔, now that I think of it I still haven’t gotten my hands on a Smith brush which were once a staple in your routine!

You have amazing techniques and explain them so well. I’ve been seeing these tutorials pop up recently and actually really like this look. Even though I’m more of a minimalist when it comes to makeup I actually want to try this. With my current brow shape, I think that they could be reshaped to help achieve this look. I just don’t know if I want to commit to it, lol. Lol, I suppose this is a good time to experiment. Always trying to look for positives in this time:)

She is absolutely gorgeous with or without makeup, but I've seen this kind of make up on people in real life and most if not all contours don't look flattering. They look like harsh bruised lines on ones face. If anyone is trying to go for a "natural look" contouring isn't it
LP she is gorgeous! I think contour can look nice on everyone if it’s done nicely! Everyone’s face is different so off placement and/or color is usually why contour ends up looking harsh. It also takes practice!

This is my everyday makeup look I don’t use mascara I apply falsies that are cut in half and I shape them to be winged with out an eyeliner.
