I feel like Bob really struggles with making friends, so he sees a potential friend in Ron and that's why he keeps bringing Ron back to life. Ron is Bob's toy. But Bob secretly wants to be his friend. This doesn't justify his actions, Bob is still a jerk but I feel like Opheebop might help him learn to not treat others like toys to break. Does that make sense, not really but it's cool to think about.
My theory: Ron’s sheer trauma from the start of the bob mod made him see the events that happened as some form of PTSD and saw them die how he was attacked Pheebop brought him back to reality
I actually felt bad seeing Opheebop’s daughter (Whatever her name is) feel sad. Ron also feeling remorseful for his abuse was absolutely heartbreaking.
