Mate you’re a legend. I’m totally new to this drone fishing, haven’t got anything tools yet. But through research have found this drone and your videos. Think it would be an awesome start for me. Such an awesome review and tips n stuff. I’m so pumped, keep up the good work.
Great review - have been contemplating getting into a bit of drone fishing from the beach and some inlets (in good weather), but it seemed a bit daunting as I am not the most tech savvy person. But watching this review I will definitely look at getting an Aeroo drone or similar, and have some good practice sessions down at the local playing fields before flying it over water - Thanks
Great review mate. Certainly seems like a good starter drone and would work well to get some smaller or lighter baits out, maybe good for a balloon rig. I'd still prefer a 2nd hand Mavic or Phantom tho as it's price isn't far off. Wind speed would be a big factor with this drone I'm betting.
Bugs 20, this is an actual military grade drone(minus internals consumer grade) it has a very rigid body almost not many drones can match, aeroo version how ever does come in a nice package to get the ball rolling indeed for fishing ditch the camera and you get a few more casts
Hi just received mine hear in nz just had a hover around seems all good, just one thing does the bait release only work with the motor armed? If so how do you open the release to load the bait? Cheers
Hi. Good video. I've just got mine but I cannot get my mobile to stay on the device. It wants to spring forward at the bottom as there is nothing there to hold it in place. How do you fix yours? Mike
What happens when line gets snagged on tip rod and drone far far away,you gotta have quick fingers to push the release button or else drone drags itself towards ocean water....does it have an automatic safety breakaway system?...doesn't look it has by the look of the pin sliding in and out.

If you're willing to spend another $400 or $500 on top of what this setup costs, which model would you consider. I want to do drone fishing but prefer to spend a bit more and get something a little better as opposed to buying this and then having to purchase a new drone in a year.
Hi mate took it to 300m no load no problems. I didn't take it further as i dont like flying over peoples 🏠. Goes ok loaded just need to keep within limits. IMO max I would push would be 200/250 loaded.
morning I recently purchased one of these drones and I am still waiting for it but one thing that I would like to know from you when you take your line out do you unclip your bail or just simply set the drag and I just would like to say thank you I have learnt a lot of useful information from your video
Hi mate, I recently bought one after seeing you use it in sans souci. I have an issue with my aeroo. The signal on the remote keeps dropping 5-10 seconds after the drone takes off into the air. I’ve tried flying in different areas and same issue. Any ideas?
My drone seized up in flight due to DUST sucked into motors , even with the heli pad it still sucks dust , aeroo don't want to come to the party and fix it .
Been using the V2 for a while and i've been loving it! Now waiting for their new 'PRO' to drop

Thanks mate I like to provide honest feedback. Good little starter has some limitations but this is to be expected for the price and size.

Great review it suggests a 5m leader can you use a 1m leader also downloaded app to Iphone but wont connect any tips thanks

Hi there, I have an aeroo drone myself but the remote does not seem to be connecting to the drone. Do you have any advice on how to fix this problem?
How long did postage take? I purchased mine through the website 4 Days ago and haven’t received a confirmation email or tracking info yet
Im in Sydney so only took a few days. I would send them a FB message they are good at responding to customers.

Go to around 16 min on the video. Yes bait release only works with motors armed. I used a small hook with tip cut off to load release un armed

it sounds like you have not pulled out the device holder all the way.
What drones would you suggest to rig up to take bait out for shatk fishing for under $600?
Going to be hard to achieve on that budget. As shark trace alone comes in at around 200grams plus sinker... Doesn't leave much payload for bait.

This is usually the case with electronic release systems, you have to be extra cautious when deploying a bait.

Hi mate I would look a a second hand Mavic pro flymore combo with low flight time and a decent Bait release. Should get change from $1000 Aud

I always open up the bail arm and figure on the line. flying with Drag adds additional weight and creates line twist
Good review. My issue is with the App that keeps restarting so I do not get video. Which mobile phone are you using ? Which App are you using ?
M RC PRO is the app and it runs sween on galaxy s9 mate

Bait release only works when motors are armed. If it is activating by itself you should talk with the manufacturer.

Hi mate try changing the batteries and if you still have issues get in contact with Aeroo there pretty good at solving/sorting out customers.
just add some more and get the aae drone. must say it will be worh it
Unfortunately Aae is almost 3x times the price here so very big difference.
I take my battery down to 30 %

When you were showing the underside explaining the bait release the built Quality looked very average..
It works every time good enough for light baits IMO.

Hi Bruce I Would have a chat with Oscar Aeroo owner mate. I apply Corrosion X on all my drones after use over salt water.
