Both Ohio State and UNLV give students in-state tuition after the first year as long as they are US citizens I believe. I'm not sure exactly how it affects the numbers but I believe it would put those schools a little lower on the list, but still a mind-boggling amount!
some schools allow out-of-state to qualify for resident tuition after the 1st or 2nd year

I thought roseman is going to be around 300 and something K now. About 25% less bcuz of the year off
Unfortunately 3-year schools (e.g. Roseman and UOP) are actually more expensive than most 4-year dental schools. Roseman's most recently reported cost of just tuition, fees, and instruments (no rent) was $395k. For context, the numbers provided in this video include estimated rent.
