Why not turn things around, and view the laywer as a child, therefore not allowing that lawyer to represent the client?

Instead of an adult, have you ever tried trying someone as a donkey? Or what if you tried someone as a sewer system? Since you can just so easily deviate from the legal system, why not get creative?

I agree... from what I see and from personal experience.. although I was a good teenager and did very well in my early 20s in college and career but yes.. I can say 26 can be a good age .. surly 30 is the age.. now I'm 41 😑

Let's go lower what if a 15 year old or a 17 year old kills an old lady by being the hell out of her why are those kids not charged with murder oh wait a second they're minors you can't and this will confuses me why is it when a man or a woman tries to go after a young boy or a young girl under age they consider sex offenders but at the same time if those are children why are there being charged as an adult by killing somebody which which is it they're an adult or they're a minor they're an adult or are there a minor I'm confused I'm not trying to make an exception for going out to kids or anything it's not that what I'm trying to say is what I'm confusing are there adults or not what confuses me so much is our society when a boy or a girl commits a crime and they're underage they don't get the book thrown at them because they're a child but at the same time it makes no sense
