I visited this eatery a few days back with such high expectations. I would say their standard has slipped a lot since Bourdain visited. The soup dumplings (xiaolongbao) aren’t juicy or have adequate stock in them, SoCal offers way better dumplings.

It don’t look like Northen Chinese food to me. The food looks great but all that rice dishes kinda throw me off . I am from Northern part of Anhui province, I have not seen most of the dish they made.
