This is a tutorial video on how to use sinamay material to make teardrop shape fascinator. In general, it all about how to make hats and fascinators of different style and with different materials.

Sinamay
Decorating piece
Adhesive / UHU gum
Millinery wire
Pattern paper
French curve
Needle and thread
Scissors.
