God bless you!!! This is exactly what is on my mind everytime I listen to this song. I wish they could get together and redo the song with the assets, exposure, video/sound production quality and international artist affiliations that Nigerian musicians have today.
It's just a real shame that they came out at the time they did - too early and way ahead of their time. Freestyle in particular would be a megastar rapper today.
Much respect to the Trybes Record crew (along with the Plantashun Boyz and Remedies)...the pioneers of the modern Nigerian music scene.

Still here in 2021. I remember watching this as a teenager and was blown away. Facts : they all went to school, they were too ahead of their time and their talent was raw without fear......no Facebook, no Instagram, no social media periodt but they still got the music out there. Fortunately some are still in the Nigerian music industry and would love them all have a come back. These were simpler times....chai

i pity the guy (or girl) who referred to these guys as BLACK AMERICAN WANA BE'S. i should pull Davido and Wizzkid and their peers by their ears and make them sit down and watch this video. this was back when naija hip hop was about talent and drive, a desire to be heard and appreciated and not about multi million naira videos and auto tuned voices. truth is, either you can rap...or you can't. and when you get behind the mic, people know the difference. money can't buy talent..tell them i said it
