One thing I love about this episode is that Jeremy was still very much a fan, and you can see it in everyone's reactions to Ray's quip. The OG lads were treading lightly while Lil J, unencumbered by their long history together, was laughing his heart out. The contrast is beautiful.
Also keep in mind him Trevor and Matt all started around the same time and all were friends before joining since they were all RT fans that got hired later, it’s more he’s like Geoff and just found it too funny and sudden he couldn’t help but laugh just like Geoff

we're all forgetting that lindsay was the boss for quite a while inbetween Geoff and Trevor, too. and I've always thought it makes more sense to have someone outside the "main six" as the boss because they won't get so caught up in making the content and letting things slide for the sake of a video. While Lindsay was the boss she was in barely any content; and I think Trevor now is only able to be in videos so frequently because they've delegated some of the 'boss' duties to others, (making plans on what videos need to be filmed etc.) which Lindsay (and Geoff) all had to do themselves.
