You definitely combined homunculus's lore from both FMA 03 and FMAB in this. Remains have nothing to do with homunculus in FMAB, or being able to defeat them. The only thing that could kill a FMAB homunculus is to wear out all the energy inside their philosopher stones until nothing remained. Also the Flamel Transmutation doesn't exist in FMAB. In FMAB/manga, Wrath was the only sin created with a human base, which is why he can grow old. Which is also why he was chosen to be Fuhrer. Also, because he doesn't have a typical philosopher stone inside him, since only one stone survived the fusion of stone and human, he doesn't heal from his injuries like the other homunculus. Greedling is the second person to become a homunculus but only due to the circumstances that Greed and Ling merged together. Greed was taken from the original Greed's homunculus form and distilled to just be a philosopher stone inside Father. When Greed was transferred, he was able to maintain his personality and inhibit Ling's body without losing the benefits that the other entirely homunculus sins, Pride, Envy, Lust, Sloth, and Gluttony had like nearly unlimited sources of energy directed in their abilities like Envy's shapeshifting, Lust's spears, Greed's shield, Sloth's speed, etc. But that's the closest that any of the homunculus can perform alchemy, since as you stated, none of them would have their own Gates; besides Father who's form was copied off Hohenheim's when he achieved immortality.

WRT Wrath, the reason he doesn't heal and GreedLing does is because Wrath doesn't have a full Philosophers stone. We learn that the Philosopher's stone is simply a combination of human souls. Presumably, you sacrifice a whole soul or part of a soul to the Gate to bypass equivalent exchange. In Wrath's origin, they mentioned that when the Philosopher's stone was injected into him (and the others), it was forcefully destroying and recreating their body. The souls were also trying to take over his body. He resisted them as part of the process until there was only one soul left. He doesn't even know if it was the soul he was born with or one from the stone. Since he doesn't have any souls left in the stone, he can't bypass equivalent exchange to heal from injuries. Now the stone did already change his body to make him super fast and skilled as a fighter and giving him the ultimate eye. However, he can no longer heal. Ling, on the other hand, did not resist the stone. He accepted it with open arms as he needed the stone to become emperor. Since he didn't fight the process, he didn't burn off all the souls from the stone which is why he can still heal.
Yeah definitely seems like he didn't actually watch or read Fullmetal Alchemist and just built the script around Wikipedia pages.. combined wrath FMA and wrath fmab into one character

Nick, you conflated Wrath from FMA (2003) and FMA: Brotherhood. In FMA Wrath is not King Bradley, but instead the child that Izumi Curtis, “Teacher”, tried to bring back with alchemy. And yes, he is able to perform alchemy due to having Ed’s missing arm and leg. Funnily enough, King Bradley is the Pride of FMA (2003). He has the same abilities he has in Brotherhood.

In FMA:B Wrath doesn't have Eds lost limbs. That's a small mix up from FMA where the homonculi were created by doing human transmutation and the Wrath of that series was a small child with Ed's arm and leg.

Technically Envy is genderless, so he or she is both correct. Also, I think you mixed up the Wrath from the Manga/2009 Anime with Wrath from the 2003 Anime. I also wanted to mention that the whole being based on an original human and being weaknend by being close to parts of their original human body was only in the 2003 Anime, this was not a thing in the Manga or 2009 Anime.
Being a homunculus, Envy technically has no sex. Although he is capable of taking the form of both male and female people, he himself is referred as a male. (So he is technically gender less but refers to himself as a guy so he’s male)
Wrath "King Bradley" can't use alchemy. That only applies to Wrath of the original FMA. That version of Wrath wasn't Bradley, it was Izumi Curtis' son. All the Homunculus in that version were dead humans that someone attempted to resurrect.
I think he is conflating both the 2003 and Brotherhood anime which have two very different rules with regards to their universes. The Gate of Truth, for example, in the 2003 anime connects the world of Amestris to our world. Soul energy from our world is the energy used for alchemy in Amestris. In Brotherhood, it represents a connection to "god" or "the universe" where all knowledge exists. The rules of the universe are different in both. Homunculi in the 2003 anime are the results of failed human transmutations. While they fail, the alchemist DOES actually create a living, soulless being. If left alone, it will remain in its monstrous form and die. Dante wanders around looking for these failed transmutations and feeds them Philosopher Stones which results in them taking a more humanlike form. This is different to how they are created in Brotherhood where they are essentially extensions of Father. Dante doesn't even exist as a character in Brotherhood and Father doesn't exist in the 2003 anime
When the first homunculus purged the seven sins from his body, he also purged his humanity. And judging from what we learned of what the few sins wanted what we found out they wanted (greed wanted friends, envy was jealous of humans), as well as putting two and two together, (Like for example lust probably wanted intimacy, both platonic and romantic) its ability to make connections

Gluttony was another very unique Homunculus, he was originally a fake Gate of Truth created by Father that failed and was then turned into a Homunculus. Also, besides Greed-Ling, the only Homunculus that was actually Human in the main series was Pride/Bradley as he was injected with a liquid Philosopher's Stone but the process was such a strain that only 1 soul was left when it was done. The reason Greed-Ling didn't have this happen is believed to be that his Philosopher Stone still had Greed's Personality acting as a buffer that let Ling & Greed come to an understanding/agreement without Ling being overwhelmed and drowned out by all the other Souls.
I think the difference between Wrath and the second Greed (Greeling, as I call him) was their willingness to accept the Stone. Bradley fought against its power, forcing the Stone to destroy and reconstruct his body dozens of times in the process, leaving only one soul to inhabit the body with no spare energy to use for regeneration. Ling, however, readily accepted the Stone. He didn't resist Greed, which left Greeling's Stone with enough energy reserves for regeneration.
@@Jacaerys1 Wrath, according to Lust, was created solely for the final phase of Father's plan. I'd say that it's possible that granting more souls to Wrath might have cancelled out his ability to grow older which, of course, would have rendered him unusable as a public figure.

It took me like two dozen watches to discover this little plot throughout the show. Father talked about five "sacrifices" to activate the circle. The part that confused me is if Ed, Al, Von, Mustang, and Curtis were these "sacrifices," why weren't they dead? Yes, they opened the door, but they didn't die like the rest of the country did. If anything, sacrifice means 1 time use. There is no recovery or survival after words. So, what did the five lose when Father opened the door? If anything, the correct term that would make sense is conduit. A sacrifice is used up. A conduit can be used again, still functioning.

The Homunculi in FMA Brotherhood are not former humans. The only two are Wrath and "GreedLing". When Wrath goes over his backstory with Mustang, it is said that he is the first of his kind, a human based Homunculus. He was purposely created that way in an attempt to make a Homunculus that can blend in better with humans (i.e. he can age). The others were ceeated by the stone. Remember when Mustang rips the stone out of Lust's chest and she disintegrates only to reform around Mustang's hand? It is because the other homunculi ARE philosopher stones that took on human-like forms. They were never human originally. Pride too is a philosopers stone. However, he is the epitome of Father's own pride which is why he resembles his true form. He is also the first one father created so maybe he didnt get the human-like thing quite down at that point.

If you're planning on doing a follow-up or a part 2, then there are a couple of things that I feel like should be addressed. 17:46 I'm sure this has been pointed out already, but this is false for the Brotherhood-continuity. The Wrath you're speaking of is from 2003 series who has nothing to do with Bradley. Brotherhoood-Pride, however, can use alchemy if he assimilates an alchemist with the knowledge of the transmutation he wants to perform. This is how he was able to force Mustang through the Gate of Truth. 18:01 I don't think it's been stated anywhere that Father transmuted any of the Homunculi's bodies based on an existing human. The whole "weak to the body parts of the original body" and Flamel transmutations are also lifted from 2003. Not Brotherhood.

The reason why the philosopher stone replaces said sacrifineeded to balance alchemy. Is because it itself is made of countless sacrifice. So it pretty much only has the amount of sacrifices. In other words even the philosopher stones Obeys the laws of alchemy. Including Equivalent exchange. The stone itself is Basically just A mass sum Of already accumulated sacrifice Waiting as potential to be converted with Equivalent exchange.
You mixed up who first demolished Envy into being that parasitic form. Doctor Marcho first used the process to destroy philosophers stones to break Envy down to his weakest form. Roy Mustang did it through sheer brute force in terms of just nuking him over and over again.

In Brotherhood, Gluttony is the result of a failed experiment. Father wanted to see if he could create a Gate of Truth for himself, one that he can control. The experiment only kind of half worked. He created an artificial gate but it doesn't lead to truth. It leads to some alternate reality between Amestris and Truth. Being that Homunculi aren't real humans, they don't have a real connection to Truth so the experiment was technically always doomed to fail.
Weakening from the corpse they are based on isn't cannon, because it is based off the non-cannon "original" anime where they are created from a failed human transmutation.

Nick, you conflated Wrath from FMA (2003) and FMA: Brotherhood. In FMA Wrath is not King Bradley, but instead the child that Izumi Curtis, “Teacher”, tried to bring back with alchemy. And yes, he is able to perform alchemy due to having Ed’s missing arm and leg. Funnily enough, King Bradley is the Pride of FMA (2003). He has the same abilities he has in Brotherhood.

In FMA:B Wrath doesn't have Eds lost limbs. That's a small mix up from FMA where the homonculi were created by doing human transmutation and the Wrath of that series was a small child with Ed's arm and leg.

Wrath "King Bradley" can't use alchemy.
That only applies to Wrath of the original FMA. That version of Wrath wasn't Bradley, it was Izumi Curtis' son. All the Homunculus in that version were dead humans that someone attempted to resurrect.
I think he is conflating both the 2003 and Brotherhood anime which have two very different rules with regards to their universes. The Gate of Truth, for example, in the 2003 anime connects the world of Amestris to our world. Soul energy from our world is the energy used for alchemy in Amestris. In Brotherhood, it represents a connection to "god" or "the universe" where all knowledge exists.
The rules of the universe are different in both. Homunculi in the 2003 anime are the results of failed human transmutations. While they fail, the alchemist DOES actually create a living, soulless being. If left alone, it will remain in its monstrous form and die. Dante wanders around looking for these failed transmutations and feeds them Philosopher Stones which results in them taking a more humanlike form. This is different to how they are created in Brotherhood where they are essentially extensions of Father. Dante doesn't even exist as a character in Brotherhood and Father doesn't exist in the 2003 anime

And judging from what we learned of what the few sins wanted what we found out they wanted (greed wanted friends, envy was jealous of humans), as well as putting two and two together, (Like for example lust probably wanted intimacy, both platonic and romantic) its ability to make connections

Gluttony was another very unique Homunculus, he was originally a fake Gate of Truth created by Father that failed and was then turned into a Homunculus.
Also, besides Greed-Ling, the only Homunculus that was actually Human in the main series was Pride/Bradley as he was injected with a liquid Philosopher's Stone but the process was such a strain that only 1 soul was left when it was done. The reason Greed-Ling didn't have this happen is believed to be that his Philosopher Stone still had Greed's Personality acting as a buffer that let Ling & Greed come to an understanding/agreement without Ling being overwhelmed and drowned out by all the other Souls.

I think the difference between Wrath and the second Greed (Greeling, as I call him) was their willingness to accept the Stone.
Bradley fought against its power, forcing the Stone to destroy and reconstruct his body dozens of times in the process, leaving only one soul to inhabit the body with no spare energy to use for regeneration.
Ling, however, readily accepted the Stone. He didn't resist Greed, which left Greeling's Stone with enough energy reserves for regeneration.

I'd say that it's possible that granting more souls to Wrath might have cancelled out his ability to grow older which, of course, would have rendered him unusable as a public figure.

Dealing out a settlement is to avoid litigation in most cases. Happens all the time like you said. However, having to pay millions of dollars for legal malpractice means that you egregiously violated professional standards and ethics. In other words, you messed up so badly as a lawyer that you now owe the client money for your negligence. Medical malpractice is the equivalent of a doctor doing brain surgery on you when you were just there to get your tonsils taken out - now imagine the legal equivalent of that to the amount of $5M.

It took me like two dozen watches to discover this little plot throughout the show. Father talked about five "sacrifices" to activate the circle. The part that confused me is if Ed, Al, Von, Mustang, and Curtis were these "sacrifices," why weren't they dead? Yes, they opened the door, but they didn't die like the rest of the country did. If anything, sacrifice means 1 time use. There is no recovery or survival after words. So, what did the five lose when Father opened the door? If anything, the correct term that would make sense is conduit. A sacrifice is used up. A conduit can be used again, still functioning.

Fma was going to quick for the Manga to keep up so it made it own story where fmabh is faithful to the original content. If your gonna make a video explaining there powers and such id highly recommend clarifying more between which sin your talking about from which anime

The Homunculi in FMA Brotherhood are not former humans. The only two are Wrath and "GreedLing". When Wrath goes over his backstory with Mustang, it is said that he is the first of his kind, a human based Homunculus.
He was purposely created that way in an attempt to make a Homunculus that can blend in better with humans (i.e. he can age).
The others were ceeated by the stone. Remember when Mustang rips the stone out of Lust's chest and she disintegrates only to reform around Mustang's hand? It is because the other homunculi ARE philosopher stones that took on human-like forms. They were never human originally.
Pride too is a philosopers stone. However, he is the epitome of Father's own pride which is why he resembles his true form. He is also the first one father created so maybe he didnt get the human-like thing quite down at that point.

I'm sure this has been pointed out already, but this is false for the Brotherhood-continuity. The Wrath you're speaking of is from 2003 series who has nothing to do with Bradley.
Brotherhoood-Pride, however, can use alchemy if he assimilates an alchemist with the knowledge of the transmutation he wants to perform. This is how he was able to force Mustang through the Gate of Truth.

I don't think it's been stated anywhere that Father transmuted any of the Homunculi's bodies based on an existing human. The whole "weak to the body parts of the original body" and Flamel transmutations are also lifted from 2003. Not Brotherhood.

The reason why the philosopher stone replaces said sacrifineeded to balance alchemy. Is because it itself is made of countless sacrifice. So it pretty much only has the amount of sacrifices.
In other words even the philosopher stones Obeys the laws of alchemy. Including Equivalent exchange. The stone itself is Basically just A mass sum Of already accumulated sacrifice Waiting as potential to be converted with Equivalent exchange.
You mixed up who first demolished Envy into being that parasitic form.
Doctor Marcho first used the process to destroy philosophers stones to break Envy down to his weakest form.
Roy Mustang did it through sheer brute force in terms of just nuking him over and over again.

In Brotherhood, Gluttony is the result of a failed experiment. Father wanted to see if he could create a Gate of Truth for himself, one that he can control. The experiment only kind of half worked.
He created an artificial gate but it doesn't lead to truth. It leads to some alternate reality between Amestris and Truth.
Being that Homunculi aren't real humans, they don't have a real connection to Truth so the experiment was technically always doomed to fail.
Weakening from the corpse they are based on isn't cannon, because it is based off the non-cannon "original" anime where they are created from a failed human transmutation.
