thanks for the video , have been planning for a new commercial building the thing that worried me is its hearsay that if the lock of the window panel is damaged then the whole window needs to be replaced is it true . Next I would love to have a fair idea of the tentaive cost per sq. ft . Do you have any outlet in Silguri.
Sir... neither the locks get bad so easily (ofcourse if they are of cheap quality like touch lock - then the locks are bad) and neither you need to change the window if lock goes bad.

Sir,you haven't mentioned suitability i.e.average lifespan in Rainy/extreme hot/dampy,, extremely cold atmosphere,,,secondly cost/maintenance cost is not mentioned,,

uPVC Windows are most suitable in all weathers and probably most pocket friendly when you consider price to performance & life of product ratio.
Pricing in uPVC Windows is a very dynamic subject and depends on several choices and factors. Size, Type of window, Application & purpose of window, type of glass, hardware required, accessories, exposure of building / window to sun or traffic noises, and personal choices & preferences of customers... All these factors help us understand what components do we include or exclude to arrive at a price. So frankly speaking, unless a customer themselves make an understanding of variety and define the usage, prices cannot be quoted.
Many sellers in market are making a short cut and simply quote price "X" at the start of discussion itself. This is simply like a quack giving cheap medicines without even asking or diagnosis of sickness.
We invite our customers to our showroom, make a detailed presentation of product and options, check their building plans and window schedules and discuss what suits best. After arriving at a broad understanding of usage, we shortlist the options and workout budget. This helps us arrive at a more accurate costing and not something in which we have to cut short on quality and components.

Dear Sir, kripiya ek plan vastu ka hisab se North facing, Ground floor 3 Bed room with garaze and veranda, 1st floor with 1 bedroom plus 2 bedroom plan ho sake toh daliye Sirji. 1000 sq feet each floor.
Everything is good.. Lekin price nhi btaya.. Usually UPVC bahut costly padti hai..

What about security without safety grills in windows and if it is outer door

Good presentation, but importantly you haven't provided comparison between aluminum and uPVC windows. Also the cost of the both types should have been provided in the your video.

@Interior Contractor: Are uPVC casement windows more expensive than sliding windows in India? If so, approx. by how much? A rough figure will do.
There is no fixed formula to say if the Casement Window or Sliding window is more expensive them the other... it depends on several reasons based on your specific requirement as to which window shall be more appropriate to use in such conditions. I would suggest - the cost difference in these 2 might not much different but choosing correct window application for particular use is more important.

wooden Windows are best than all products
We would say if you compare windows based on performance - Safety, Security, Solar Insulation & Sound Insulation - and them compare Cost to Performance ratio, you will find your answer. A material which requires regular expense for maintenance and is prone to weather, expansion-contraction, needs regular polishing & Termite Treatment and performs low on several parameters - if that is a choice someone has to make is probably a personal choice.
@@gauravsethi9567 you'll have to learn how to buy good wood products before approaching wooden windows. unaware buying is irresponsible
