How can we identify whom we are writing to?
Foreign attorney and handwriter. Would it be wrong to start with statement of facts if I cannot identify the tone? Thank you again!

Of course! So happy you find the material helpful.
You can identify to whom you are writing from the task memo.
Don't start with a statement of facts. Only write one if you are instructed to. Through practice, you can figure out whether the task is objective or persuasive. It often tells you if it is one or the other.

Hello Maureen, I just listened to the video for the PT February 2023. Excellent Deep Dive. I would like to know how can I purchase your PT book? (edit - I found the link to the book) I am handwriting my exams and loved your outline on how to set up to write the PT.
1. Do you have any suggestions for those of us who are handwriting our exams? Please respond ASAP - as time is of the essence.
2. Does purchasing the book come with any other live/ streaming videos that would not otherwise be available if I weren't purchasing the book.

Hi -- thank you so much for the kind words and I'm glad you found the link to the book.
1. For handwriting, I recommend starting out with multiple bluebooks -- one for each issue -- so you can properly follow the structure
2. It doesn't come with other live/streaming, but I am looking at adding that in the future!
