How would reparations actually happen? Would you have to stratify by current income levels? A purity test of who is truly African American?

The best approach is for income specific assistance for work training and education focusing on lower income American citizens. This would obviously target a larger proportion of African Americans than any other group.
You can’t have a successful black economic agenda separate for a successful American economy for all. You black economy cannot survive independently.

Any foundational black American can prove their ancestry by way of the paper trail of the US censes that dates back to the 1700s for most foundational black Americans and the early 1800’s for others. FBA’s are the only group of people who qualify for reparations when it happens. It’s not going to cause division because it’s not meant for those who are NOT FBA. Also, non-FBA’s shouldn’t speak on the issues of FBA people because it doesn’t concern y’all. Mind your business. I digress. FYI, We are NOT African Americans. We are Foundational Black Americans who are indigenous to the Americas not Africa.
