Hey Mav, just a heads up: you want to be careful stuffing fish or any kind of meat with earthy herbs like cilantro. If you roast them for too long , they turn bitter and that bitterness transfers to the meat. Stuffing a carcass with herbs works best with woody herbs like Rosemary, Thyme, Bay Leaf, something that can withstand the heat over a long period of time. Read up on it. I made the mistake a long time ago and learned my lesson. Love the videos brother! Keep on truckin!

i was just telling someone else this cilantro is better fresh or blended into a sauce but is not great for throwing into different stuff as you would a regular herb

When I was 5 I caught my first fish- a 5 lb rainbow trout-on a little Snoopy pole! My dad had to help me reel it in but I was really proud!

If you come back to Washington or Oregon you should do a taste test with a lingcod and a walleye. Lingcod is by far my favorite white fish but I always here how good walleye are. Bacon wrapped lingcod or walleye sounds pretty good to me. Cut into portions and done like a bacon wrapped scallop.
