INGREDIANTS:
Mackerel fish - 1 KG
Red chili powder - 4 Tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 Tsp
Cumin powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
Tamarind pulp - lime size
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Corn flour - 4 Tbsp
Water
Oil - for deep frying.
