1st: According to the shayk of shamsi, shayk abu khadeeja, a taghut (...wich we are commanded by Allah to reject and make kufr of...) can be a muslim too.

Shamsi is just a preacher. Not a debator. Very knowledgeable. People loose interest if just preach it's boring. Even if preaching is intention engage with Audience
Shamsi does debate non Muslims but he doesn't open up the debates to nonsense. He keeps it short and to the point. If the person persists after the evidence has been established, there is no need to continue. I've seen most Muslims in speakers corner have pointless debates for hours.
As for debating Muslims, once a Muslim stands firm on a deviant position then it is not from the trails of the people of sunnah to debate with the innovators.
Imām Ahmad Ibn Hanbal (rahimahullāh) said in the beginning of his Usool as-Sunnah: “Do not sit with the people of desires (deviation), and do not argue with them or debate with them.” This is Ahmad ibn Hanbal in the third century, he died in the year 241 after the Hijrah
There is no need to debate for more than 100 points 🙂 if the case is proven once or twice, thats it why keep going on? Waste of time.
3thrd usul of madaakhila:
The madaakhila believe that if you worship Allah and you worship besides Allah the moon out of ignorance than you are still a muslim, muwahid, monotheist. The proof of the madaakhila is the hadith when the sahabi Mu'aadh ibn jabal returned from shaam and visited the prophet, mu'aadh made sujud to the prophet out of respect for him pbuh.
But the prophet pbuh did not takfir Mu'aadh for this because mu'aadh was according the madaakhila jaahil.
So therefor if for instance a man makes sujud to grave and ask the dead person to heal him out of ignorance then he is excused just as mu'aadh was excused.

"They have taken their rabbis and monks as well as the Messiah, son of Mary, as lords besides Allah,1 even though they were commanded to worship none but One God. There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Him. Glorified is He above what they associate ˹with Him˺!"

Ibn kathir states in his tafsir:
(They took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allah...) that the Christians and Jews obeyed their monks and rabbis in whatever they allowed or prohibited for them. This is why Allah said,
وَمَآ أُمِرُواْ إِلاَّ لِيَعْبُدُواْ إِلَـهاً وَحِداً
(while they were commanded to worship none but One God), Who, whatever He renders prohibited is the prohibited, whatever He allowed is the allowed, whatever He legislates, is to be the law followed, and whatever He decides is to be adhered to;
لاَّ إِلَـهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ سُبْحَـنَهُ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
(None has the right to be worshipped but He. Hallowed be He above what they associate (with Him).) Meaning, exalted, sanctified, hallowed above partners, equals, aids, rivals or children, there is no deity or Lord worthy of worship except Him.
So those who prohibit what Allah has made halal and permit what Allah had made haram is calling to the worship of other than Allah, hence he's a Taghut. And those who follow them in obedience willingly are mushrik.
I don't understand why Shamsi doesn't denounce Saudi for its close relationship with India and Modi. It seems like only Arab Muslim blood is worth defending but South Asian Muslims are worthless.

I don't disagree with you, all of the Muslim countries have done some good and some bad. Sometimes the bad prevails over the good and vice versa. I just wish Muslims were united and if any Muslim state is in a bad shape, there is no one to blame but ourselves at the end, because we let others to divide us.
