This talk investigates the relationship between art and physics from the early 1900s to today. I examine how artists and scientists both possess the skill to conceptualize the invisible and complex sub-molecular world, and how these abilities have impacted culture. The connection between the classical and quantum worlds lies at the core of this exploration.
