HK/KWC USP NBB airsoft disassembly and power reduction

This gun is one of my favourite backup guns. In this specific older model, the used a LOT of metal on the internals which was really nice to find out. I dont know if newer models do come with metal internals, as newer M&P40 NBB from KWC do not. The only drawbacks of most of NBB guns are trigger pull and the insane FPS they have. The first is just there by design and you can't do much about it (and believe me, this USP has a much better trigger than the TM MK23) but the second is actually fixable. I have had plenty of success in KWC models by reducing the hammer tension. In this particular model, Its really easy and fast.
I also decided to make the video of a complete disassebly, because there is not much info on this replica and how to get to a full disassembly.

I'm sorry but it never happened to me, I wouldn't know how to unstick the mag in your situation. It might be the inner barrel unit, check if the inner barrel looks too inside and if it moves with the press of the trigger.

Thanks for the video, I noticed something, if I press the trigger real hard with the safety on, the trigger will pull the safety into firing mode, is this something by design or something is wrong with the safety mechanism?

It's not by design, probably the mechanism has worn.

If i'm correct there is a lot of trigger connectors that break after use for this Umarex USP, so lowering the hammer spring tension would actually prevent the connector to break right ? Thx

I can't say for sure, as I only have had two of these and neither broke. But certainly does lower the transfer bar stress.

Hi! Thanks for the comments. I have not made any mods to it, even a better hopup mod would be hard (tried in a similar model with no luck). You probably can introduce a threaded outer barrel. About making it full auto, in this case is impossible, you might be lucky with a ggb, but nbbs are impossible

That could happen because many things. Did you try different mags? Maybe the hammer is hitting with low energy and you need to go back a little on the bending of the spring?
