Because of watching your video, my husband went to check out PCB Latitudes - so we're coming back (we lived in TV 2018-2021) to TV to look at houses next week as planned, but now we have committed to going to PCB to take a serious look before we commit. Thank you for a great video.

You guys are so fun. I am loving your videos and tours. I like the Nevis model. I think the communities you have been to have very different feels and offerings. If you like the beach and like the water for boating, or do you prefer nature and quiet verses if you like large gatherings and golf. Your search is helping me see what is happening.

Looks like it might be a great retirement spot. I know it's still early in the build out, but it seems very quiet. Also, Panama City, FL, average high-low temps, Dec - Feb are 45-65 deg. Several winter days don't get out of the 30s and 20s at night.

Like the Parrot Model, TY For doing video on Margaritaville Locations, Seems still overpriced for me. The Ocala area still remains my top choice as you get more bang for your buck

How did you consider LM? The Villages and LM are polar opposites of each other. The Kool-Aid is what they drink in The Villages
