Flexcar does not care about its PAYING CUSTOMERS! My invoices are all paid and THEY TOWED THE VEHICLE FROM MY WORK SITE (IM A NURSE BTW) ALL BECAUSE THE ODOMETER MALLFUNCTIONED AND I HAD TO DRIVE 8 HRS BACK TO ATLANTA TO GET IT REPAIRED. I WAS MAKING ARANGEMENTS TO DO SUCH THIS WEEKEND AND THEY TOWED THE VEHICLE WITH MY MY BELONGINGS AND ALL , THEN WHEN I CALLED SHE BASICALLY TOLD ME AINT A DAM THING I CAN DO OR SAY. IM A NURSE WITH 2 CHILDREN STUCK WITH NO TRANSPORTATION TO WORK OR TO TAKE CARE OF MY MOTHERLY DUTIES. ITS REALLY SUCKS.

do you didn’t take care of responsibility they clearly did a great job by keeping up maintenance but it wasn’t on your time sorry this happen but was the idea of there program good did u actually enjoy the service

Wow I was considering them but screw all that drama 😂 life happens and everyone deserves a second chance.
And if you were a loyal paying customer and made one mistake and that just took the car. Then they are a trash company . Even regular leasing car companies work with you when life situations happen.
because they want the money. And want the word of mouth good reviews to spread.
But this company just reacting badly on your first issue. Instead of just saying look, we can look past this one mistake but if you do it again we will penalize you. Then after that we will then tow.
