আসসালামু আলাইকুম, স্যার আমার বয়স ৫০ বছর।ডায়বেটিস আর উচ্চ রক্তচাপের ঔষধ নিয়মিত খায় আজ প্রায় নয় বছর।আমি এমব্রয়ডারি কাজ করি। কিছুক্ষণ বসে কাজ করলে পায়ের নিচে অর্থাত পায়ের তলায় একটুএকটু ফোলা ফোলা ভাব দেখি। কালকে রক্ত পরীক্ষা করালাম ক্রয়েটিন ১.৩ এখন আমার কি করতে হবে দয়া করে একটু জানাইলে উপকৃত হব
