I think the reason you didn't hit Chandra properly was because of your archon only letting you cast one spell a turn. It also locks with possibility storm, but that one's symmetrical
Not to mention, Possibility Storm shuffles everything your opponent casts back into their library, so milling them out is virtually impossible unless they choose to stop casting spells.

i played a possibility storm deck back when it was in standard. R/G ramp small dudes to big dudes basically. you only want to run one type of plains walker and one type of sorcery and/or instant. make your spells consistent basically.

He started this in Gold 4 and ended this in Gold 4. You gain twice as much rank as you lose in Gold. So draw your own conclusions.

Archon is pretty much a nonbo in this deck. Other cards that work better with the possibility storm lock would be Lavinia, Teferi and Boromir.

Containment Priest doesn't lock you at all. You still cast the creature with Possibility Storm. Archon, on the other hand, does lock you.
Possiblity Storm is my favorite card in this whole game and combining it with Drannith Magistrate should be illegal. Take my engagement you monster.
This is why you run man lands people. You can't get blown out by cheesy stuff like this if you don't cast your beaters.
