    Can the stem be cut at a lower site and planted into another pit for a to totally new plant (in another pot)?
    How long will it take to root in it's new pot? Same procedure?
    Thank you 💕

    • @PinayMorenaUSA
      @PinayMorenaUSA  Před 3 lety

      Yes, that’s my plan too
      I will cut them once they grow a little more, but I will wait til next season or until this autumn before I cut them again
      Since Aeonium goes to dormant in summer,don’t wanna take any chances

    • @PinayMorenaUSA
      @PinayMorenaUSA  Před 3 lety +1

      The cuttings that I plant from this took two months before I saw roots

    • @lisaloprestodehart1606
      @lisaloprestodehart1606 Před 3 lety

      After u let cutting dry how or what did u do to plant it? How long to replant it or how to get it to root?

    • @PinayMorenaUSA
      @PinayMorenaUSA  Před 3 lety +3

      If you have rooting powder dip the cuttings while it’s still wet but if you don’t have one it’s ok and let it air dry means just let it sit on the side or don’t plant it yEt, after 3 days plant them in the soil but not direct sun, if you are in the US this time is summer and not a good month to propagate them, wait till it cools down, they are a summer dormant and a Winter grower, don’t water them till you see roots, also it takes awhile for them to roots give them about a month 😊
