Resilience alone is already a cluth perk it saves me so many times vs m1 killers, i get alot of clutch saves, that and it helps when you constantly keep vaulting multiple times. Im pretty sure dbd was watching it so finese wouldn't combo with resilience cause that would just make it crazy since survivors already vault insanely fast. a killer pretty much needs like 3 vault perks just to vault like a survivor.
Since it's a, vault build yes that would work and make sense especially if your good at hiding you body around objects while escaping you can be very stealthy n get away alot

Finesse needs a buff considering you won’t get much value out of it as you won’t be healthy for long
They should buff it atleast for when you get hit and injured it’s still active for that one time then for it to activate again you need to be healthy
