School Annual Day Function Report -Vidya Mandir
Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir, Benakanhalli, Belagavi celebrated the School 9th Annual Day on March 1, 2019. Lt. Gen. Ramesh Halgali PVSM, AVSM, SM (Retd), Former Deputy Chief of Army Staff was the Chief Guest. The programme of Anniversary started with the lighting of lamp. Many meritorious students received prizes and certificates. Mrs. Anita Killekar, Senoir Master was honoured with the Best Teacher Award by the Chief Guest.
He congratulated the parents for admitting the children in a reputed School like this and prayed Sri Sri Ravishankar Guru ji to shower his blessing on the faculty and students. He thanked Sri Siddharoodh G Sangolli, the Chairman of the School, the Principal and the faculty for inviting a humble soldier for the annual day function.
The School report on the activities was read by Mrs.Dhanashri Ranade. Later, in the evening, students put up dazzling and startling variety entertainment for the parents.
The Bhakti House(Yellow) was adjudged the Best House for the year 2018-19. House Master Miss. Manisha Gopal Dharwadkar, two student appointments Master Tanmay Havaldar and Miss.Harshita Hugar received the prizes and shield.
Sri Siddharoodh G Sangolli, Chairman welcomed the Chief Guest Lt. Gen. Ramesh Halgali with bouquet. Mrs.Sumanagal P Patil introduced the Chief Guest to the audience. Mrs.Ujwala S Despande, Principal welcomed the gathering and felicitated Professor Mrs.Vidhya Shahpurkar, School Management Committee Member. Mrs. Anita V Killekar compered the programme.
Mr.D.Vijaya Kumar, CBSE Counsellor, a large number of honourable grand parents, parents and guests were present on the occasion.
