This is a surprising nugget. Particularly, Sushmaji;s command over Urdu surprised me. She speaks it like a pro. It's one thing for someone from central UP to be able to speak the language this well - for someone from Haryana - mind boggling. She should be made the external affairs minister, without a doubt.
I am a dyed-in-the-wool Congress partisan. But, I have to admit, Sushma Swaraj was (as she IS) magnificent. The Lalit Modi non-issue notwithstanding, I feel proud that India has produced a leader like her and relief that her talent has not gone unrecognised (albeit underutilised).

First off calling him "tum", was appropriate because he is younger than her and junior in all respects. It's a language thing, she is speaking hindi and the interviewer urdu. There is a difference. Also, she is not dodging questions, if you understood what she is said - The problem that were raised have very strong answers, she doesn't want to give strong answers in a television studio. She is right, tv is not the forum for strong answers it only adds to unpleasentness.

After watching this video I am confident that only honourable PM Modi and his policies are the best answer to Pakistan's terrorism.. The soft moderate leaders like Atal Ji and Sushma Ji tried a lot but could not stop pak's terrorists. I remember Modi Ji admitting in an interview that Pakistan should be dealt only in the language that it understands. Very Very true. Air strike and surgical strike...
